This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a peaceful retreat while being near Bay Area attractions and major tech and pharma companies. Perfect for business and leisure, this home has lightning fast fiber-optic WiFi for your Zoom calls or Netflix watching needs. Located directly across the street from the Bay Trail, you can enjoy scenic walks and stunning sunrises. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and families will also appreciate over 20 playgrounds located throughout the city.
The space
The front of this elegant home is facing the Bay only yards away from a biking and walking trail. The spacious and private backyard features a patio with a seating area. The bright living room has high ceilings. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, a gas range, double ovens, stainless-steel appliances, and a large island with bar stools. Three sliding-glass patio doors provide easy access outdoors. The formal dining room leads to a spacious side patio. There are three remodeled full bathrooms (one on the first floor), five bedrooms (one on the first floor) a graceful staircase, lovely chandeliers, and custom details throughout.
GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage and one closet on the first floor. No use of pool/spa.

Master bedroom: 1 king bed
Bedroom 2: 1 twin bed
Bedroom 3: 1 full size bed
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds
