My family and I stayed here together as a place to be together/relax before and after my grandmas funeral/celebration of life. The house was clean, dog friendly, and the hot tub was a major plus. The enclosed backyard was a big selling point.
That said, the house was missing some basic things (working tvs, lights were out, and a sponge was missing from the kitchen so we went to buy one ourselves). When I notified the owner about the tvs, they were responsive but pretty unhelpful. It was clear they didn’t really care or want to be bothered and said someone wouldn’t be able to check until after our stay. These things seems trivial but when you are experiencing a traumatic event and paying $2500 you expect these things to work (or at least apologize when they don’t). I wouldn’t normally write any of this in a review but I didn’t feel like the owner met my expectations. I would recommend the place if you were only looking for a place to stay, but don’t expect everything to work.
