This multi-level Unit sport brand new stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances (fridge w/ icemaker, stove, dishwasher and microwave) with beautiful granite countertops in upper kitchen, The upper kitchen is completely furnished with new colorful fiestaware, cutlery, knife set, Blue Diamond pots & pans and many more useful utensils. The lower kitchen is also completely furnished with fridge, stove, place settings, pots & pans and useful utensils. Upper level Living room has new custom made pull-out sofa and side chair. Lower level Living room has new sofa, side chair and pull-out queen murphy bed. Bedrooms in upper level have new wall to wall carpeting, linens and are freshly painted. Lower level bedroom is freshly painted with new linens. Lower & Upper level has a completely renovated and updated bathrooms.

It has a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king bed upon request), a pull-out queen sofa bed in upper living room and a queen murphy bed in the lower living room, and two full bathrooms. Guests will also enjoy two separated (but connected) living quarters. Clothes washer and dryer are included for separate $100 fee. Private Deck with new polywood table set and propane 4 burner grill and terrific lake view is available for outdoor grilling and sunset beach views. Central air conditioning, WIFI and off-street parking (4 cars) are available.
