Welcome to Spacious Family Escape! Ideal for up to 10 guests, our Boise home offers a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living area, a home gym, and a beautiful backyard for relaxation. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown, shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you’re here to explore Treasure Valley or simply unwind, our home is your perfect getaway for comfort and convenience!
Please understand, this is our home, and we live here for a portion of the year. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we ask that you respect the house and its guidelines.
• Maximum Occupancy: We allow a maximum of 10 guests to stay at the house. We have provided beds, pillows, towels, plates, and flatware for 10 people. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval.
• No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy. Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests or result in excessive noise are not allowed. We want to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for both you and our neighbors.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor areas, to respect the neighborhood.
• HVAC System:
o The heating and cooling system is preset for optimal comfort.
During the day: 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM, temperatures range is set
to 72°F and 78°F.
Overnight: 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM, temperatures range is set to
68°F to 78°F.
o If you tend to feel hot or cold and need adjustments, please reach
out to us and we’ll be happy to update the
temperature settings remotely for you.
• Cooking & Cleanup:
o You are welcome to use the kitchen and provided appliances for
cooking. We ask that you clean up after each meal, including
washing dishes, wiping down counters, and properly storing
leftovers. We have provided dishtowels, sponges and cleaning
products.
o Please avoid disposing of grease down the sink; use the provided
container for disposal.
• Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in bins located outside the garage side door.
• Neighbor will take out trash cans every Monday Night, and bring back in on Tuesday. They will access the garage (they have the code) and not interrupt you.
• PETS: Sorry, but this house has been Pet free therefore we do not allow Pets.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! Very nice place and lots of room for a group of 9. The host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful even though we showed up a little late and couldn't quite figure out the nice key lock pad :) Every thing went smooth and easy like you want when you are on vacation. When we come back we know where we want to stay!

House was nice. The landscaping neeeds to be kept up with. Over gown bushes and grass in the outside area made it not so plesent to use. Overall the house was in great shape and very clean. Could use a few more places to sit in the mainroom. But everyone loved theis beds and slept very great.

A Great Place!

Thankful for a wonderful, comfortable stay. It was a busy time celebrating Christmas and putting on our daughter’s wedding in Meridian. Property hosts were extra accommodating. Plenty of space and cozy beds!

Great Neighborhood

We had a great time at this spacious home. We loved that there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accomodate everybody in our group. The location was great too, less than 20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go but the home was in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was great!

We take cleanliness seriously and steam clean the hard floors as part of our regular process. That said, we’re always striving to improve, so if you noticed specific areas that needed attention, we’d love to hear more details so we can address them directly. As for the pet odor, that’s surprising as we have a strict no-pet policy and confirmed with the previous 3 guests that no animals were present. However, we’ll do a thorough check and take extra steps to ensure everything smells fresh and welcoming moving forward. Thanks again for staying with us — your comments help us keep making this home a great experience for future guests!

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed for our son's graduation from BSU. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking, although we took advantage of the great Boise restaurants while there. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive.We could have used additional seating in the living room since the house sleeps 10, and also the empty loft upstairs is a missed opportunity for a pool table, foosball, or something of the sort. However, this did not detract from our stay, we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

That’s right, as a guest if you want to change the temp in the house you have to contact the host! Unbelievable. Never again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the thermostat settings affected your experience. To clarify, the temperature is preset between 72º during the day and 74º in the evening to maintain comfort, prevent accidental damage to the HVAC system, and help keep guest rates affordable. That said, we’re always happy to adjust it — and once we were made aware of your preference, we promptly changed the setting to 68º as requested. We value all guest input and always strive to improve communication so everyone feels at home during their stay.

Great location, spacious home

My family was in Boise due to the passing of our mother. We needed enough room for seven adults and this roomy home met our needs, especially with 3 and a half baths. The kitchen was modern and sufficiently outfitted with dishes, pots and pans, etc., so that we could cook meals. We also spent a lot of time gathered around the dining room table. There was seating out on the patio area also and the large bonus room upstairs was a plus but could use a loveseat or couch in addition to the one chair.There were a few issues with the toilets and showers but the property manager sent someone out to get them resolved. The property manager was very responsive.The house is located in a lovely neighborhood, very quiet and private.Would recommend this home although the owner may want to consider replacing the carpet with tile or laminate flooring.

We are all about Real Estate in the Treasure Valley. Over 17 years ago we moved here from Southern California. Molly became a Top Producing Realtor, and Paul is a VP of Mortgage Lending. Together their clients started buying investment properties and asked for help in managing them. Wey opened Blue Mtn Property Management and now in addition to Real Estate and Lending, we run a successful Property Management Team.

We appreciate the close proximity to downtown Boise, restaurants, parks, shopping, local attractions and super easy access to the Freeway. It makes visiting Boise very easy.
