The location was perfect because it was the only listing very close to our country destination (4 mins!!) We has enough space and everything we needed. There was a problem with the washer, which was quickly resolved. Remodeling of house was good in kitchen and baths, but bedrooms still have their old, ragged, flattened carpet which desperately needs replacement—preferably by something other than carpet. There is adequate but minimum furniture throughout Most furniture is old and outdated. Bed linens also are old and mismatched, but adequate. Out back is an impressive patio with fire pit and a covered area with plenty comfy furniture. Lawn needed work, but was ok. It was too hot during our visit, to enjoy the outdoor space. TV’s in every room except bunk room, but no other recreational features except a few worn games. Hosts were very responsive to calls and took immediate action. Considering the age of the house, etc., I would expect to pay about half to 2/3rds the charged amount. But no big complaints or problems. Great a/c—which we needed! Such a hot summer!

Family wedding in the area and location. Worked well for us. The house was very adequate and what we expected. Backyard and little veranda outside were lovely. Wish there had been some wood available for the Firepit. AC was not working when we arrived. My boys were able to unclog the drain line, remove the completely clogged filters and the house has cooled by the time we returned from evening wedding plans. It was 83 degrees when we arrived. Property owner was available by phone to answer our questions. We saved them an emergency hvac visit. Reminder that the filters need to be replaced. Thank you so much for the house. Great family time for us

Beautiful house in a very private quiet area. Hosted my wedding party here during my wedding weekend and couldn’t have found a better place.
