Beautiful beach

Fantastic location to be in, to be able to walk to they beach everyday. House was spotless with everything we needed. Cool swimming pool for the evenings and relaxing patio. Thank you we all had a great stay from 70s, 40s 20 and 9yr old😁

Esta propiedad se adapta a la descripción y las fotos. Destaco la comodidad de sus porches, que aún en días de Levante, quedan bien resguardados y se está muy a gusto. Bien equipada, bien climatizada, camas cómodas y cocina recientemente reformada muy completa de menaje. A 3 min a pie de la playa. Comunicación rápida y fluida con Andrew, su responsable. Piscina vallada en caso de tener niños pequeños. Residencial tranquilo. Sin duda es el sitio apropiado para descansar en familia junto al mar.

Beautiful property and excellent location

We were a group of 5 adults. The house is exactly as shown. The house itself has everything you could need. The kitchen is small but well organized. We really appreciated that there are 2 bathrooms so we were not worried about sharing one bathroom among 5 people. You do have to wait for some time for hot water in the shower, but we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were satisfactory. The house was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately the weather was colder than we had anticipated so we really appreciated the heating in the house. The outside spaces were fabulous. Morning sun made sitting on the front porch perfect for breakfast, while afternoon or evenings were spent in the back yard in the comfy sitting area there. The pool looked great, but it was too cold for us to use. In the summer I imagine it would be perfect. There is a great barbque too. We walked down to the stunning beach a few times. The house is also within walking distance to a playground and well stocked corner store. I would love to return again when the weather is warmer. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Beautiful Villa in Roche

Had a fantastic one week in Casa Luis. Family of 5 with three kids enjoyed the big backyard with pool and even a ping pong table. Lots of room, clean and better than the pictures. Pleasantly surprised. Short walk to the beach which was big, sandy and not crowded. Lots of amenities nearby. Located in the small, cute, quite resort town of Roche. Easy drive to the sites and Cadiz. We traveled through Spain for three weeks and this rental was our favorite by far. Andrew was easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions quickly. Great place!

Fantastic house for families

We ( familiy with five children) had a fantastic time in Andrew and Marias house. Everythig was perfect. Maria and Andrew are lovely and very helpful. The house is absolutely clean and perfect maintained. You need anything. We recommend this house to all type of families. Thank you Andrew and Maria.

Tolle Location. Perfekte Lage zum Strand.

Wir fanden das Haus genauso vor, wie beschrieben. Haus und Garten waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Andrew ist der mit Abstand netteste Vermieter den wir bisher kennengelernt haben. Immer hilfsbereit steht er mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und besorgte uns in diesem Jahr sogar einen Paella Gasgrill. Leider ist das Haus nicht sehr groß. Für 4 Personen Aber Dank der beiden kleinen Bäder ausreichend. Bei mehr Personen wirds eng. Aber da macht das Haus durch seinen besonderen Charme wett. Wir kommen immer gern wieder!

Perfect two weeks in Casa Luis

Second time at the beautiful Casa Luis and another perfect stay. The house is in the perfect location close to the beach (which is probably the best in the Cadiz coast) and has beautiful gardens surrounding with some shaded places under the pine trees for hot days. Andrew and team make the stay really comfortable and are there at the drop of a hat when needed. Lots of fantastic places to eat close-by.

Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Haus, Garten, Pool, Strandnähe alles war perfekt und dazu ein total netter Vermieter, Andrew, der sich um alle Probleme sofort kümmerte. Von innen stecken gebliebener Schlüssel. Herbeigeeilter Schlüsseldienst. Ratschläge, Tipps. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen, dass unsere Ruhe von Gärtnern auf dem Grundstück gestört wurde, weil diese an unserem letzten Urlaubstag unbedingt die Pinienzapfen ernten mussten und anschließend die Bäume gegen Termiten besprühten. Wir haben es gelassen genommen, denn alles andere hat uns gefallen. Wir haben das Haus mit unserem Sohn und Schwiegertochter bewohnt. Das hat perfekt gepasst. Bei mehr Personen muss man sich gut kennen und sich mit den beiden relativ kleinen und engen Bädern arrangieren. Wer das kann und mag wird auch mit mehr als 4 Personen Spaß und Freude an diesem Haus haben. Uns haben Haus und Vermieter so gut gefallen, dass wir gern wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir waren bereits mehrmals in Roche, aber die Casa Luis war das beste Haus, das wir bisher hatten! Sehr nett eingerichtet mit guter Raumaufteilung. Auch die Terasse bestens ausgestattet mit Holztisch und -stühlen zum Essen und zuätzlichen Korbmöbeln, schattenspendende Markisen auf der ganzen Länge. Der Pool sehr sauber, kaum salzig und nicht gechlort. Das Meer ist in Sichtweite und man geht nur ein paar Schritte zum kilometerlangen Strand. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren Sand und Wasser sehr sauber: kein Seegras, kein Schmutz, keine Quallen. Andrew und Maria haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Zum Beispiel hat die Satellitenschüssel anfangs nicht richtig funktioniert und schon ein paar Tage später wurde eine neue montiert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Casa Luis - brilliant stay.

Amazing location - so close to beach and play park. Easy to amuse both a 5 year old and a 13 year old - especially with pool and table tennis - so adults were able to sit back and relax, a little! Casa Luis was exactly as described - everything in great working order - loved the coffee maker and juice maker. Would definitely recommend, and are very much looking forward to returning!

Quite and comfortable - perfect for families

We stayed 2 two harmonic weeks in the Casa Luis, which did exactly meet our expectations after having read the descriptions and reviews. It is large enough for five to six people, although it can house up to eight. The furniture is tasteful, the kitchen fully equipped and the two bathrooms are small but freshly renovated. The pool is large enough for children after the beach time and the beautiful, large garden is very well maintained. The beach close to the house (2 min walking) is very clean and ideally suited for long beach days with the children. During our stay the long waves did come smoothly enough to allow also our younger children to surf with their body boards. Roche itself is a quite location, consisting mostly of private houses as the Casa Luis. We did not see any hotels there, which is a clear advantage from our point of view. The small supermarket nearby is sufficient for the basics and Conil de la Frontera, where you can get everything, is just 10 minutes away by car. There are only a few restaurants in Roche but we anyway explored several of the beautiful neighboring cities for dinner and therefore did not miss them. Last but not least Andrew, who manages several houses in Roche, has been very helpful with lots of tips and clues. All in all a clear recommendation for families.

Great location, beach and house

Casa Luis was a very comfortable villa with a nice sized pool, large garden (enough room for our 7 year old to kick a ball around) and great location. Despite being in a small residential community with neighbours, the house and garden/pool were very quiet and private as there are many trees and bushes on the property. Inside, the house has a nice lived-in (in a good way) feel to it, with comfortable furniture and beds, decorations, books and other personal items – it felt like we were staying at someone's house as opposed to just a rental property. It's just a 2 minute walk to the Roche beach. And what a beach: great sand, nice waves (not too big or too small), perfect water temperature, backed by vegetation not hotel/condos, lifeguards and never too crowded. There's a decent chiringuito just down the beach about a 10 minute walk from the house and a fairly well stocked little store as well as some sports fields and restaurants in the centre of Roche, about a 10 minute walk. Within a 10 minute drive there are a couple small places to buy fish, vegetables and a larger grocery store. Andrew was great, he was easily reached by phone or email and was very helpful with tips for restaurants (El Casario pizza was great) and activities. When the hot water went out one day he was over to fix it promptly (I believe he lives just down the road). Wifi and sat-tv, with some English channels, worked fine. The only small con I can think of is that the bedrooms could use some fans for hot nights (master had a ceiling fan but smaller bedrooms didn't, most nights it was fine but we had a couple hot ones). This area of Spain was wonderful, outside the other built up coastal areas so there's some nice driving through the surrounding countryside, but close to many beautiful towns for daytrips. We went to Vejer, Cadiz and Tarifa (a little further but had a fantastic couple hours whale watching, saw a ton of Orca's!). We would highly recommend this house for its fantastic beach location, comfort and proximity to so many wonderful places to visit.

Nice villa, great location

Great villa in a nice resort. Location was superb, just down the road from a beautiful beach. Being all on one level was great, especially with small children. Pool was lovely, clean and secure. Andrew was very helpful and willing to help when needed. We will be back one day...

Perfect (family) holiday

We come to Roche for several years now and this year - staying at Casa Luis- has definitely been one of our best holidays! The location of the house is fantastic. The sea is just down the road and you can see it when you step out of the gate. The house is perfect in size (for 4-6 people) and facilities and the garden with its wonderful pine trees is great for both enjoying the sun and playing in the shade. The pool is secured with a fence. We found all we needed for a truly perfect holiday!

A perfect home for a wonderful holiday

For our family a nice property makes more then a half of the success of the whole vacation. This one was a 100% success. Everything is like on the pictures, even I would say they do not do the full justice to the house. It's charming, convenient, well designed and equipped. It was also immaculately clean and fresh when we arrived. We didn't feel shortage of anything, not a little thing: plenty of cuttlery, towels, dishes, cups, blankets etc. Andrew is a very nice person. Very helpful, always in touch. The guide book of the house and the surroundings has all the information one might need for a comfortable stay. All our family wish they could return some day for another perfect vacation.

Lovely holiday home close to the beach

Great holiday home with big garden, very close to the beach and the forrest. Ideal for small children- ground floor, big garden and a fenced pool. There is a play area at about 10 minutes walk and the beach is around the corner. Perfect size for one family! Andrew arranged bikes for us, and there were toys in the house to play.

Pleasant family vacation!

We had an unforgettable holiday in beautiful Andalusia. Casa Luis offered a perfect base for my family. Our youngest daughter was only 7 months. Baby care was as easy as at home while older children were able to play or swim in beautiful and nice garden. There was no “waiting time” at all for children. Roche was very nice and quiet small residential area. Breathtaking ocean and beach was only in a minute walk away. There were plenty of nice small white villages near and few bigger towns and cities. Isla Magica in Seville was children choice number 1. There was also wonderful and various scenes for nature seekers. The most wonderful highlight was that our 4 years old son learned to swim and dive at pool of Casa Luis. After three weeks vacation my wife and children would have wanted to stay couple of weeks more. Maria and Andrew were really friendly and wonderful people. We got many good advices and help for our small problems. This is a holiday house that I can honestly recommend for families with small children and people who likes to spend their vacation outside of mass tourism areas.

Perfect!!!, ideal for Family vacations

Great locación, really really near to the beach. The house Was great, confotable and Well acommodated. The garden and the pool were just perfect. Its a place to rest, relax and enjoy. The manager take good care of everything and help you if you need anything. Roche is a quiet and bautiful zone, but it is also close to Santi Petri and Conil were you can find mano places to party, and visit. Totally recomended.

Una estancia magnífica

Estuve a principios de Junio con mi mujer y mi hija pequeña de un año y lo pasamos genial. La casa está muy bien con un salón amplio y 4 habitaciones muy cómodas. Los dos cuartos de baño están reformados hace poco tiempo. La piscina es enorme y la parcela es bastante grande. Nos gustó mucho el que estuviera cercada para los niños.Todo está muy limpio y recogido. Lo mejor es que está a sólo un minuto andando de la playa. Recomiendo al 100% esta casa y para cualquier problema Andrew te ayudará amablemente.

A really nice house which obviously belongs to a family...Casa Luis is located in a tree lined street leading to a wonderful beach. It is comfortable, well maintained and clean. Lovely gardens with a good size swimming pool and a shaded terrace ideal for dining. Although it has 4 bedrooms its probably best suited to a family or 2 couples We visited in September and the area was quiet, which was ideal for us. The area around Roche is well worth exploring and I would recommend hiring cycles which the Andrew ,the very helpful English agent arranged for us. Its ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday base , which offers a private house with gardens and pool and access to a magnificent beach yet is in easy reach of Cadiz , Conil and the White towns. There is no wifi in the house but there is a free public wifi in the small shopping area.
