Our recent stay in this studio apartment was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured, providing a quiet, "home away from home" feel while still offering easy access to local shopping, restaurants, and the Miami Cancer Institute.We truly appreciated how seamless the communication was throughout the entire process. This is now our first choice for any future trips to Miami, and we are grateful for the wonderful experience.

The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. The unit itself was beyond my expectations. I can honestly say that the posted images do not do this place justice. It is absolutely stunning inside and outside, and is situated in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The mattress, sheets, and pillows were high quality and soooooo comfortable. I will definitely my returning. The host was accommodating when asked, but was truly respectful of my privacy overall.

Private Studio

Clean and spacious for a studio rental. Very private and in an excellent neighborhood very close to shopping. Clean with all necessities provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

Very comfortable

The unit exceeded our expectations. Very nicely furnished. A place to sit outside and enjoy the weather along with a comfortable place to relax indoors. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Aissa was quick to respond to all of our questions.

Cute Place with Convenient Location

We needed a place to stay for a week while my fiance had some medical appointments. We wanted something more private than a hotel. This place was cute, quiet, and convenient. We were never more than 20 minutes away from where we wanted to go. Even though it’s a shared property, we never saw anyone else. It’s in a nice neighborhood. The property owner was quick to respond. The air conditioning worked great. I had no issues that went unaddressed. The only thing I would say is that the hot water in the shower does not last long at all. Not more than 5 minutes. So if you’re someone who really enjoys hot showers, you won’t get it here. There’s also no clear instructions about where to put the trash if it needs emptied during your stay. There is a pool at the property, but I’m not sure if it’s available for use. However, I never asked. I’m sure if I had, I’d have gotten an answer.

Granddaughter’s First Communion in Miami

My parents were visiting Miami to attend my daughter’s First Communion. The whole process, from begging to end, was simple and without any problems. The studio was exactly what they were looking for; clean, spacious, quiet, in a great neighborhood.

Left snowy Wisconsin for the warmth of Florida. This was cozy, had enough amenities, close to stores, and the outdoor patio was like being at home.

Safe, quiet neighborhood. Awesome host!

Aissa messaged me with instructions on how to get into the property the morning of my arrival. The space is in a very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The décor is tasteful and the space is very comfortable and large. The mattress is nice and firm (just how we like it). The space is on the very end of the home, with a separate, private entrance. We definitely will come back!
