Welcome to our home in the heart of Orange County! Our home is completely remodeled home. This location is very convenient to visit Disneyland, Long Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and other OC attractions. It is also very close to all the shopping and dinning with many options. Plenty Vietnamese restaurant and shopping options as well. With three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our home has plenty of spaces for everyone. You can create lasting memories with your family/friends.

Welcome to Your Cozy Retreat in Westminster!
Our beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath family-friendly oasis is the perfect home base to explore everything Orange County has to offer. Located in the heart of Westminster, you'll be just minutes away from top attractions like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and (PLT). Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, and easy access to LAX for stress-free travel. Whether you're here for family fun or a relaxing getaway, this home has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable!

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

The beds were comfortable. After a long drive even though we showed up past the check in time the home was not ready for us and we were sent away to wait until 930 for it to be cleaned. We had no way of adjusting the heat and we were quite chilly. The furniture was cute but uncomfortable to sit in and one bench was so unstable we were unable to use it. The hallway tub was very slippery and without grab bars. The home manager was responsive to our concerns which was appreciated.

This place was PERFECT for us! It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was just what we needed for our meal prep days and our rest days at home. Having a/c, heat, 2 bathrooms, and laundry were also huge pluses. We felt safe and the neighborhood was super quiet.Background:-1 child (younger than 10), 2 parents, & 2 grandparents.-Disneyland visit for 4 days rest days 8 day total stay.-We like to cook at home & bring lunches in the parks.-Weather was 80 degrees during the day & 50's at night.-Stayed in December.Extras:-The location is about 20 to 26 minutes away from Disneyland. -We would drive to either Anaheim Hotel (40/day parking) or park at ARTIC (FREE parking) & catch an Uber. It was easy and even on the 2 days that we went when park tickets were sold out, we still got lockers at the ECV needed for our party, all with leaving by 8:30AM each day. -The drive to and from the parks were easy and smooth. -Target (where we did our grocery shopping) was 6 minutes away and easy to navigate as well. This was at The Westminster Mall.-There were plenty of restaurants and things to do (playgrounds/parks, schools, bowling alley, etc.) around the house itself.Communication:-The host was extremely responsive at all times, from booking to arriving to leaving.

Good place to stay if you need to be around Los Alamitos

Overall our stay was good. It is an ADU on someone's property in Garden Grove ( not Los Alamitos like the listing says). It's near(ish) the Cerritos auto square. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and street. The home is as private as possible for being on someone else's property which is great. I was not bothered by the owner once. The house itself is brand spanking new! 10/10 rating for the actual house itself. We did bring our small dogs and unfortunately there is an area near the gate where there is too much clearance and they could escape. So dogs couldn't be outside unattended. This will not be an issue if you have a big dog. Overall, I would recommend this property.

I loved this vacation remtal home. Despite being centrally located near Amaheim, Disneyland, Irvine, and Long Beach, it was actually very peaceful and quiet, great for relaxing or for a good night's sleep. Also, the house was clean and stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, and even some food. Host communicated excellently, responding quickly and accommodating our needs.
