Disappointing
My husband, adult son and I stayed at the property three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. I’ll start with the positive: plenty of space to have all the family over for dinner, the kitchen was well stocked and made preparing dinner easy, and has a pretty view. Now the not so good: the property is extremely close to the freeway. This was on me and I should have known the backyard would be so loud from the freeway that it wasn’t pleasant to even be outside. The second issue was the killer for me. The bedrooms and master closet that have carpet smelled horrible. I know it’s a pet friendly property but the smell was so bad I had to sleep on the couch. I shared my concerns with the property manager and while she was very responsive with our issues during the stay (internet issues, front door lock issues, etc) she was unwilling to compensate us in any way for the unfortunate condition of the bedrooms. I can’t recommend this property and would highly recommend staying somewhere else.
