This spacious country home is located on a grain farm. There's plenty of parking for your family and friends, as well as room for a trailer if you are showing at the WEC. Located 10 miles from WEC, 5 miles from downtown Wilmington, this home is a great place to unwind in the countryside. Three queen size beds and one pull-out sofa bed are available for your stay. This home features two bathrooms and a nice kitchen.

Want a place with peace and quite? Away from the fast living slow it down in the evening or mornings thisnis it. Relfection and recovery place is in a great area.

Excellent great communication with Brooke. As advertises spacious comfy bed great air and wonder place with old country feel and neighbors close but far enough away. Amazing!!!

Peaceful-serene spaciousness inside and outside

If you love space and nature, you will love this place. You can see for miles…farmlands. The strong breeze was welcome and the 4-5 big trees around the house were full of birds. There are so many opportunities to be outside: at the rear, protected by the house and along the covered porch. The inside has minimum sleeping capacity of 6 (3 queen beds) and then there’s the sofa and carpeted floor-space in the TV room. Families can enjoy a get-together with extended family here. Simple but effective decor. This is an old farmhouse redecorated and brought up to date. I would like to return here when I have grandchildren. There us a lot of space for them to play outside. It has all the appliances you could need and if you search the drawers/cupboards a lot of pots and pans and casserole dish -type things for the oven. I loved my stay here. Outside, if you’re looking for manicured lawns and flower-beds…this is not the one for you.

This property was filthy, and infested with roaches. The host made attempts to resolve the situation, and blamed it on a previous tenant. They never went away. There was filth in every room, the windows were caked with dead bugs. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, for 2 women staying 10 days. No dish soap, no salt or pepper, no wash cloths, no dish cloths, only one dish towel, 1 half roll of paper towels. We had to wash every dish before we used it to get the roach droppings off. The counter crawled with them every day. They were even in the dishwasher!
