Luxury Apartment in Downtown with unique views of Biscayne Bay & Downtown Miami. Capacity of 4 guests in two queen-sized beds in two separate areas of the apartment, with a washer and dryer in the unit. Amenities include pool, hot tub, 24/7 gym, business center with quiet lounges and much more. The neighborhood offers diverse restaurants, nightlife, and free overnight street parking, and is 12 min from the beach and Miami International Airport. Walking distance to Bayside, Kaseya arena, Brickell.

In the Heart of Miami, urban and pedestrian-friendly with an extensive public transit network, Downtown is one of the areas in Miami where a car-free lifestyle is commonplace. Many Downtown residents get around by foot, bicycle, Metromover or by taxi. With parks around it is ideal for pets, surrounded by great restaurants, and right in front of the Bay, as well as the Miami heats arena Located across the FTX arena, and bay side. 15 minutes walk to brickell city center, 5 minutes drive to design district and Wynwood. 12 minutes drive to south beach and the airport.

Absolutely amazing stay in Miami! The location was perfect, super central and close to everything we needed. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we hoped for. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami! Highly recommend!

Check-in is fully contactless with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Our team is available by phone and message during your stay and usually replies within minutes. If anything isn’t right, tell us and we’ll fix it fast.

We chose Downtown Miami because it puts you in the center of everything without needing a car. Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, and Kaseya Center are all within walking distance, so concerts, Heat games, and waterfront dinners are just a short stroll away.

The free Metromover stops nearby and takes you to Brickell’s restaurants and nightlife in minutes, and the Brightline station is close by for day trips to Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach. Wynwood’s murals, the Design District, and Miami Beach are a short ride away, and PortMiami is minutes by car if you’re heading out on a cruise.

Our favorite part is the mix: business by day, buzzing at night, with Biscayne Bay always close. It’s an easy neighborhood to explore and an even easier one to come home to.
