Charming 1-bedroom in our 1930 home at the center of adventure
Welcome to our charming 1930s home, nestled in the heart of downtown Boonsboro! We are known for being near bestselling novelist Nora Roberts’ residence and surrounded by several Civil War sites, hiking trails, Crystal Cave, and the Washington Monument—definitely a must-see. Additionally, nearby attractions include Big Cork Winery and Vanish Brewery. We’re just a short drive away from other towns if you’re looking to stay longer and explore further; some of my favorites are Sharpsburg and Frederick.
I hope you enjoy your stay here in Boonsboro! There’s a lot to discover in and around this town. You might want to check out some local restaurants, such as Jeovani's Pizzeria, Branded Chophouse, Sizzling Fajitas, and Mountainside Deli. Don’t miss the chance to visit Stone Werks Coffee + Sweets! If you’re looking for local produce, head over to Cronise Marketplace. There’s also a seasonal farmers' market across from the police station every Tuesday from 4-7 PM (May-October). During the summer, the park (town.boonsboro.md.us) hosts festivals, movie nights, concerts, carnivals, and more.
In town, we have a post office, laundromat, liquor store, hardware store, grocery store, and more—all within walking distance if you're up for a mile-long stroll.
I look forward to hosting you, whether you’re taking a break from the Appalachian Trail or just looking to get away!
