The Oasis:
Enjoy the open plan, contemporary, floor plan of living, dining and kitchen flowing together creating an ideal space for entertaining. With a rotating television in the living space that can be turned to face the kitchen you can keep connected to the world whether relaxing or in the kitchen cooking. The Italian furnishings complement the space giving it a calm, bright, clean and relaxing ambiance with both form and functionality. A full bathroom downstairs is useful if rolling back from the beach on a hot day. The back space is a jungle of green with a few chairs and a table to relax with coffee in the mornings.
In addition, if you prefer more privacy, there is a small den off the living room also equipped with a smart TV.
Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom, with a king size bed, a balcony filled with plants for privacy, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. Moving across the walkway you will find the second bedroom which shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, both queen beds and furnished with the finest and most comfortable mattresses for the best night’s sleep after a day of adventure.
A small laundry room is facing the second bedroom.

Check in & out: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire at least 48 hours before arrival.

Master: Features a King bed, balcony, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2: Features a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Features a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom (shared with second bedroom), Smart TV & Piano.

Living Space: Spacious living room with soaring ceiling, ample seating and a rotating Smart TV.
Lounge Space: Off the living room, chill and watch TV in a smaller area for more privacy.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay.

Outdoor Space: Trager Smoking grill, with 2 seats and a table.

Pets: No Pets please.

Packages: You can order packages to be left at the door. Usually, they are left behind the gate. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.

Essentials: We will provide various essentials for your convenience, such as laundry facilities, complimentary WIFI. The televisions can all connect to Netflix etc.
We will also provide essential toiletries, linens, and towels.
The kitchen is also equipped with fundamental cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.

Rules: We kindly ask to not smoke in the premises. If you like to smoke, please use the outdoor space for this. Please also respect our neighbors. This is a townhome so please turn it down at 10pm. Gatherings must be kept to the number of guests (+2) booked at the property. The garage is the only space off limits. Violation of house rules can result in a cancellation of the stay with no refund.

Mosquitos: We spray outside for Mosquitos’ monthly. This drastically reduces the nuisance but does not eradicate them.

Free parking on premises for 1 vehicle. 2 can easily park for free on the street outside the property.
You will have a code for the front door giving you keyless access to the space during your stay.

QUIET HOURS:
Begin at 10 PM.

GUEST COUNT:
Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.

Private access. A coded lock will give easy access. All areas except the garage are available for use.
