Nice Stay in the Grove

Always a nice time in Coconut Grove at one of these properties. Parking is perfect- easy and great price. Walk to restaurants and parks. Condo is not the largest but well appointed. Great views from the balcony.

The room had everything that was listed on VRBO the hotel was clean and I would definitely stay there again. And the views were amazing and close to everything

Room With a Beautiful View in a Good Location

The property was perfect for our visit. It is well maintained and in a good location. The only negative is that there is no restaurant or lounge on site but there are plenty within a short walking distance.

Special vacation - Will go back!

You couldn't ask for a better location - right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Meals, shopping, church, park - all within walking distance. When we wanted to relax, the pool was perfect. It was a very special vacation, and we would like to stay here the next time we visit Miami.

Fantastic view and location

This property was everything it appeared to be. It is in such a beautiful location in coconut Grove with convenient walking access to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. I loved this place and the communication from the property owner was great.

This unit at Sonesta exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and had an amazing view. The owners went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. The building was lovely as well. We will definitely rent this place again.

Love Coconut Grove!!!!

This is a converted hotel unit - but perfect for two people. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Coconut Grove and all eateries, pubs etc. Parking is onsite and easy to ingress/egress. Will use this place again when back in the area.

Just as advertised

Good location to shops and restaurants. Nice safe area. Only 2 downfall restaurant in hotel was closed as well as bar area and breakfast was only for hotel guests not vrbo guest.

Fantastic stay

Clean and with everything needed. Awesome location walk to fabulous arts district, shopping, restaurants. Marie kept in close contact immediately answering questions… great place to stay. In description notes bar and restaurant in bldg but no longer there… no big deal as is right next door

everything you need for a varied holiday

There are the location, 19th floor and fabulous view, cleanliness, and everything you need in a cozy room, king size bed with excellent mattress... Everything, absolutely everything makes this place attractive to return. Thanks to Marie who provides any assistance with accommodation.

Gorgeous view and comfortable bed!

Overall the stay was wonderful. We did have an issue with three lamps that did not work and could have used a few extra towels for a 6 day stay. Worked with what we had and all was fine.

Great spot, wonderful view

Left laundry at local Wash & Fold. No washer in unit but coin operated machines on 6th floor. Location just perfect. Close to restaurants and great walks. Nice walk behind Miami City Hall. Very relaxing.

Run down and no towels

I have stayed in this property in a different rental. It was stellar and beautiful. This rental was pretty run down and actually had one small bath towel for the two of us. It was not resolved, and I had to go to the pool and get a towel from there. Not up to my expectations for VRBO properties.

Nice unit but.....

The unit is a great value at the price, the location is perfect, parking great and the pool and restaurant staff could not be nicer. But the Sonesta is showing its age and is desperately in need of a tuneup. Hall carpets stained with bleach, elevators banged up, pool furniture well beyond its useful life. We hope they get on top of the maintenance, as we do enjoy staying here when we come to visit our daughter's family in the Grove.

Seul l'emplacement a répondu à notre attente ; la vue était magnifique ! sinon , la décoration de la chambre et salle de bain était vieillissante.Pas de mode d'emploi pour la télévision . le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas . La propriétaire nous a demandé de nous adresser à la réception de l'hôtel dans le mème immeuble . La réception nous a dit que nous étions dans une location privée! donc c'était à la propriétaire de nous dépanner ! mais Marie ne s'est jamais déplacée et n'a rien fait si ce n'est un vague mail d'excuses... elle n'a pas accepté de nous dédommager des préjudices donc , nous déconseillons cette location !
