Welcome to a perfect retreat in Nisswa. This spacious and inviting home features 3 cozy bedrooms plus a loft, accommodates 8 guests. The house features 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. You'll also enjoy 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked with showers, towels, and hair dryers. Stocked kitchen all for convenience.
Located just 600 feet from a public boat launch and with easy access to Gull Lake, Baxter, and Brainerd via Highway 371. So come explore. This home is the ideal base for year-round adventures.
Summer activities: boating, fishing, water skiing, biking, hiking trails, water parks, go-carts, mini golf. The house is located near restaurants and amenities with lots to enjoy.
Winter Activities: ice fishing, fishing tournaments, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

I chose this neighborhood for the beautiful scenery and lakes. Also, chose this location due to convenience to all amenities.

Everything is brand new from bottom to the top. Close proximity to the public boat launch, fishing, golf, boating, jet skiing, 3.5 miles from Town of Nisswa, bike rental, many restaurants, water park, putt putt golf, hiking horseback riding, and winter fun, ice fishing, ski Gull lake, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Easy access to highway 371.
So much opportunity for a great family/friend place to see and explore.
