Well That Was Fun

My family and I had a great stay here. The cabin was clean and neat, however the sofa is pretty worn out, and the mattress wasn't the best, so we weren't able to use the bed portion of it. The hot tub was a nice way for the wind down of the evening and to just relax after a long day. The location is great for just being about a mile or so off of Teaster Lane. Be advised though, you are about 1/4 of a mile from a landfill, and it can be pretty stinky at certain times. That was my one and only main complaint. Other than that we had a great time, and loved not having to stay in a hotel, but being able to still cook and chill out when we didn't want to be running around.

It was very cold in the room when we arrived Friday night. The hot tub was not warm. They sent maintenance out the next morning when the office was open. They were able to get everything fixed and the stay was enjoyable after that. Good location.

Christmas Vacation

Heater needs to be upgraded fireplaces on a knob timer low fan speed we stayed cold the whole time we were there parking is great if you own a Prius or a small SUV we own a full size pickup was very difficult to park

Enjoyed Stay

Enjoyed stay at property and host was excellent. Need to update photos of listing to show that the backyard now has a huge condo complex behind it, no view of the mountains.

Awesome

The cabin was great to be a one bedroom. I loved the back outside area except for the raccoon 🦝🦝 that scared me 😂😂. I would stay again. Not enough room for parking but we made it work.

Nice cabin

Cabin was very nice. Only problem we had was the washer wouldn’t work. We let them know and will get it looked at. Couch and chair wasn’t the greatest but not terrible. Nice quite area. We would stay there again!

Cabin was very small, couch and chair was horrible!

Renting was fine. Was disappointed with the furnishings( couch and chair) very uncomfortable! No dishwasher - and had to leave a day early

Girls trip

Driveway is a little tricky. Wouldn’t recommend in ice or snow for sure. Worked perfectly for three adult women for a quick trip. If there’s a way the shower can be remodeled to be larger - that’d be awesome!

Couch needs to be updated

Great place to stay for 2 or 3 people. Couch sunk in and difficult to get up from. This was only complaint we had.

Gospel getaway indeed!

Abin was tastefully decorated with inspirational Christian art throughout. It was warm and inviting, like being in a home away from home. We even caught ourselves calling it our temporary home. The bed was most comfortable considering my husband and I both are in treatment for our spines and we were able to get up in the mornings without much pain. The story of how the cabin came about and got its name is a touching story and was neat that the owners had a short explanation for the guests to read on. I would highly recommend this cabin and may stay again.

Quiet getaway

The cabin was very clean and located in a quiet area but still close enough to Pigeon Forge. Great for a romantic weekend!

Ok as a last resort but won't be back

We went into this knowing the cabin was small, but did not have many options as our trip was last minute. All I will say about the size, is that it does accomodate 4, but it is a tight fit; much more suitable for 2. I did ask if our full size, quad cab pickup would fit, and was told yes--it did fit, but it iust fit and it was a pain backing out each time. The hot tub had an awful smell to it, and under the kitchen sink where the trash can was located had a bad smell--with an empty can, no trash. The sofa and chair are pretty dated and not comfortable, so we did not spend much down time at the cabin as we had hoped to on this trip. With some attention this could be a cute and nice place for a couple to get away....a couple with a small SUV or car.
