Amazing, amazing, amazing sunsets from your bedroom window and porch!!! Watch manatees, dolphins, egrets, otters, and other wildlife and listen to their sounds from 2nd story porch overlooking the Indian River. Paddleboard and Kayak right off the dock in the river where you can tie up your boat. Boat launch in the complex! JB's is short walk (or kayak/paddleboard ride) away! The public park next door to the complex has tennis and pickleball courts and playground. Beach is a short walk (2 blocks) away, you can see it from the front porch where you can walk for miles! Cape Canaveral National Seashore is short walk away with lots of additional fun to explore. Complex has pool, clubhouse, community grill, fishing dock, boat docks, shuffle board court, and many other amenities!

Discover the beauty and quiet of Bethune Beach just south of New Smyrna Beach on A1A from this terrific 2-bedroom condo. This delightful space features 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a cozy living room with a pull out sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washing machine / dryer in the unit during your stay. Master Bath has large walk in shower and 2nd bathroom has tub. You have use of the garage to keep your car out of the salt air and store beach toys and fishing rods. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in New Smyrna Beach with easy access from Daytona, Sanford and Orlando airports.

Due to zoning restrictions, minimum rental period is 30 days.

Nothing better than to sit on the screen porch with a drink and a book and read all night while listening to the quiet of nature.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The views of the Indian River are ever changing and amazing. Especially sunsets. Like none you have ever seen sitting on the dock with nothing but calm water and marshes in your view.

Watch dolphins and manatees swim up and down the river and occasionally jumping and playing. Dozens of types of birds of every type. Fish jumping, and the occasional otter swims by.

Fish off the docks (with permit), relax on the screen porch and listen to the quiet at night interrupted only by fish jumping you can hear but not see.

On property is a private swimming pool, shuffle board and outdoor grill for the complex. Pickleball courts and playground next door. Paddle board or kayak in the marshes and quiet water of the river.

Bethune Beach is across A1A two blocks away and easy walk on paved road. Garage adjoins the unit with room for one car and space for second vehicle in driveway. JB’s is quarter mile away and has bands on weekends plus kayak and paddle board rentals.

We provide beach chairs and a couple of basic kayaks to use if you like. Some beach toys for the kids.

If you want to relax, this is the place.
