We were genuinely unaware of it, as neither our cleaner nor any previous guests had reported the problem. Our maintenance team will address it immediately. We will also inspect the exterior light to ensure there is no exposed wiring. We are unsure which electrical outlet you are referring to or which bathroom fixture you believe has broken glass, but our maintenance team will thoroughly inspect the property. The shelf under the TV has already been repaired. Regarding the air conditioning, it was turned off prior to your arrival, so it required some time after being switched on to cool the home. We also confirmed that clean sheets and pillowcases were provided for your stay. We take all guest concerns seriously and always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to resolve any issues immediately. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you regarding these concerns while you were at the property. Some of the remaining statements in your review do not accurately reflect the condition of the home. We believe this may stem from our decision not to accept a package delivery on your behalf, as these concerns were only raised afterward.
