良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Positives: Access to beach excellent, beds comfortable, fridge large, golf carts great.But: Living room furniture is not conducive to comfy sitting, though 3rd flr love seat is cozy. Broken doorknob off kitchen to deck took days to fix tho' mgmt promised sooner. There's not a bathroom that doesn't go thru a bedroom except on the 3rd floor. Stairs everywhere, if you can't do stairs, this is not for you. Some maintenance needed: the bedroom that's accessed from outside does not have workable shower light or exhaust fan, they are broken. It also does not have a lockable slider, so, sleep with one eye open. Many doors thru-out do not lock. Before coming, mgmt told me the grill used charcoal, but nope, need a gas tank so wasted charcoal and spent 25 for a new tank. Also, asked agent if any beach chairs or shade available. Nope, so bought/brought six chairs and bought a 270 Shibumi shade only to find two of those and plenty of chairs on site which they could know, if they visited the house regularly. A massive irrigation leak from drip line sprayed huge stream of water on porch, called mgmt who said they'd fix the next day(in a drought!). Luckily my son figured out how to turn it off, never did see repair guy. The day before our departure cleaning crew arrived. Panicked that I screwed up the dates, soon they said, oops, their fault. The dryer was filthy, vacuum clogged, we fixed both. DR fan cools great, LR fan is set for winter, so no air movement for summertime.
