This location is excellent for easy access to hiking and biking on the Rail Trail or the many singletrack trails connected to the Rail Trail. You can even take the paved path all the way up to popular Main Street.

Five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an interior design that will leave you charmed at every turn. The fantastic pitched ceiling sets the tone for the modern mountain feel as you enter the kitchen/living/dining area. A striking stone fireplace with a large, inset flat-screen TV surrounded by comfortable and inviting furnishings makes it easy to warm up by the fire, read your favorite book, take in a show on the flat-screen TV, or set up your favorite game on the coffee table. Nearby, the lovely kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a bar/island with seating for four, and nature views from the kitchen sink. The dining area seats eight and is central to the action in both the kitchen and living spaces. Just off the dining area, is a fantastic outdoor deck space with comfortable seating, a grill, a dining area, and a hot tub. Beautiful and spacious, it makes for the perfect place to entertain, relax, take in some fresh air, and enjoy the beauty of Park City, Utah.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms that are just as gorgeous as the gathering spaces. The master bedroom features a fabulous king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony with beautiful views. An en suite bathroom makes it easy to unwind with a large bath, glass shower, and dual sink vanity. Nearby, a second bedroom also features a luxurious king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and lots of natural light. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized pullout, a full workspace including a standup desk, and a flat-screen TV. A shared bathroom features a convenient tub/shower combo and is easy to access from all guest rooms. Downstairs from the main living area, you will find an attached, two-car garage for your use. Close by, a bright and roomy laundry room/mud room space with a washer, dryer, and plenty of storage space makes it easy to clean up and store your outdoor gear.
