Welcome to the quiet village of Racquet Club overlooking an idyllic lily pond, lush golf course and majestic mountains. The peaceful surroundings will help guests relax and thoroughly enjoy this 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condominium that sleeps up to 7 guests. The updated condo blends elegance with mountain design and breathtaking natural surroundings.

Upon entering the foyer, you are greeted by a spacious kitchen leading to an open-plan living area adorned with large sliding glass doors leading to a private deck overlooking the fairway. The living room features contemporary furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation or entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal in and the dining table offers seating for 6 and the breakfast bar seating for four.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck, accessible from the living area, or have an amazing meal on the patio table with seating for eight amidst the backdrop of changing skies and tranquil waters.

The second level offers a main suite and a second bedroom. The main suite has beautiful views of the fairways, a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin over-queen bunk bed and a shared bathroom in the hallway with tub and shower combination. The private third bedroom, located on the third floor, is spacious and offers a queen-size bed, views of the mountains, and en suite bathroom.

Additional amenities include direct-to-property check-in, TV’s in every bedroom, wi-fi, private washer and dryer, parking for one car in a shared garage, ceiling fans, and BBQ gas grill. Deluxe rating.

Ski and relaxation

Property was well maintained and was as represented online. It was nice to have a garage; not attached to the residence but very close. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this property for another trip. Three levels, but that was not an issue for our group. Very quiet during our stay.

Perfect ski getaway

The condo was super cute with a fireplace. The rooms were big yet cozy and inviting. Having a garage was an added bonus I had not paid attention to as it snowed every night. The location is excellent, minutes from park city mountain. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice Unit with Beautiful View

A very nice property with a beautiful golf course view. The units master bedroom fan was stuck on high because the pull chain was broken and the additional fan in the closet was not operational. the unit needs air conditioning in the summer since it is three stories and the bedrooms get very warm. The low score on cleanliness was derived from a filthy patio and patio furniture upon arrival. It had not been cleaned for quite awhile and had bird droppings on all the furniture along with leaves and dirt! If you drive a full size SUV, Suburban, Navigator, etc., it will not fit in the garage! All this being said, it is a very nice unit!

Condo Review

We stayed for 7 days in January during the Sundance film festival. The condo was clean and has many lovely aesthetic features. The bathrooms are excellent. Recommended improvements: 1) Queen Bedroom #2 with Bunk Bed too close to the wall making it difficult to get out of bed near the wall. (2) Kitchen - needs more dishes and mugs. (3) Bus stop is a 15 minute walk and buses are not frequent. So getting around Park City in a timely fashion requires using Lyft or Uber or Taxi. (4) Bathroom on the 3rd floor in Bedroom #3 is extremely cold and the bedroom is also cold. Portable space heater in room is helpful, but not adequate.

Location was perfect for our needs. There for Jr. golf tournament held at Park Meadows Golf Course between Utah and Colorado. Only possible issue was just one parking space (garage) guaranteed but it was not a problem because there were several 'open' parking spaces close to condo.
