The place was exactly what we needed and we loved the proximity to the beach and having a stove and fridge to cook meals and not have to leave the beach .

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was very good. Unit very clean and bright. A few things I recommend: 1) getting a more comfortable bed. 2) invest in some everyday coffee mugs. The mugs you had were incredibly small and frustrating to use. 3)For the price of our stay, I would have liked it if you had 2-3 beach chairs available at no cost. Renting the chairs on the beach was VERY EXPENSIVE. 4) The first thing we saw when we entered the unit was a bright paper with pictures of bugs on it, alerting us that the bug company would be coming the next day from 9:00 - 12:00. The picture was unsettling. Also, it did not say we had to vacate or let them in. It didn't say if we could stay in the unit or not. Please be specific. We had ALOT of extra stuff (waters, TP, Dawn, sunscreen, etc....) that we couldn't bring home. I recommend that you have a "donation" center/area for folks. People who are leaving can feel good about helping the next guest arrive and potentially save them some money. 5) I wasn't a fan of three large garbage barrels right outside of the elevator. Keep in the stairwell or somewhere else. 6) The pool was kept up nicely, the beach was clean and beautiful as well. Very popular site for young families. Last, we were told to be sure to empty the diswasher before we left. With the amount charged for "cleanining" the unit, your team can do it.
