アパートは私たちの家の一部ですが、別の入り口があります。 ソファベッド付きのリビングルーム（大人1名または子供2名）、オープンプランのキッチンとダイニングエリア、独立したベッドルーム（ダブルベッド付）、バスルーム（シャワー付）が備わります。 ベッドルームはSrebrenoの小さな港を見渡し、デッキチェアとサイドテーブル付きのバルコニーがあります。 アパートメントの入り口の横にはダイニングテーブルを備えたテラスもあります。

Tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung

die Wohnung ist super sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Milka ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist uneingschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Stunning , immaculate apartment just a stones throw from the beach. Location is an excellent base for exploring Cavtat , Mlini and Dubrovnik . We will definitely be returning next year . Thank you Milka for a wonderful stay !!

bellissimo appartamento in un posto fantastico

Siamo stati in vacanza qualche giorno in questo bell'appartamento vicino al mare e ce ne siamo andati pensando già di tornarci presto! La casa è molto carina e curata, arredata con gusto e fornita di qualunque cosa, ha un resede con tavolo ed ombrellone per mangiare fuori ed un terrazzino in camera con vista sul mare; inoltre si trova a meta di una scala che porta direttamente alla passeggiata con locali e con diverse piccole spiagge comode, con boschetti alle spalle, che si affacciano su un mare trasparente e bellissimo! Infine la padrona di casa si è dimostrata veramente gentile ed accogliente.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und auch die Anbindung nach Dubrovnik ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Schiff hervorragend. In der Wohnung war alles blitzsauber und Milka und ihre Familie sehr freundlich. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen!

Superfin lägenhet med perfekt läge nära stranden

Värdinnan Milka mötte oss redan på flygplatsen, eftersom hon redan var på plats i ett annat ärende. Hon såg till att vi kom iväg med Uber taxin (ca 90Kuna) och efter en kort biltur ca 15min väntade hennes son på oss utanför lägenheten. Han informerade oss om allt som vi behövde veta och var mycket vänlig. I kylen fanns vatten och juice. Vi blev glatt överraskade, lägenheten låg väldigt nära stranden, hade 1 balkong och en terrass i olika väderstreck. Allt kändes väldigt fräscht, nystädat, välmatchat och med en personlig prägel. Sängkläder och handdukar av bra kvalitet och inte minst en skön säng. Vi hade redan innan bett om att få två separata täcken och det ordnades utan problem. Välutrustat kök och det fanns diskmedel med mera, det fanns även lite torrvaror såsom salt, te, pulverkaffe och olja. Badrummet är fräscht med en rymlig dusch, även här finns sådant man behöver, toapapper, duschtvål, hårtork, sanitetsartiklar. Det finns ett köpcentrum med en stor mataffär ca 10min promenad och en mindre matbutik bara 200m från lägenheten. Trappor leder ner till stranden som är väldigt trevlig, pirer och stenstrand men i vattnet är det fin sandbotten, vid stranden finns duschar, barer och restauranger. Det går båtturer varje timme till Dubrovnik och Trogir, man kan hyra kayaker och vattenscooter. Ett tips, ta med myggmedel om ni vill sitta ute på balkongen på kvällen. När vi skulle resa hem erbjöd Milka oss skjuts till flygplatsen, då hon ändå skulle dit i ett annat ärende, så vänligt och omtänksamt av henne, hon är en supervärdinna som gör allt för att man ska trivas, vi kommer rekomendera boendet till alla våra vänner och vi kommer gärna själva tillbaka igen

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Das Appartment ist überaus gepflegt und dürfte auch ganz neu sein. Es besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad und zwei Terrassen (eine davon mit Meerblick). Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es nur zwei Gehminuten. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ideal apartment in a good location for Dubrovnik and Cavtat

We absolutely loved our first visit to Croatia. As a family of four we travelled to attend a friends wedding and found this little gem of an apartment! It was an ideal location for us as it was in between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Milka and her family were so welcoming. Milka was very helpful and informative, she ensured we had everything we required for our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. The little touches made a very big difference to us as a family; and made it feel very homely! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family! Thanks again for a fantastic holiday. Wonderful apartment

Just back from staying here with my husband for 9 nights. This apartment was really lovely, exceeding our expectations, beautifully decorated, spotless, really well equipped for self catering/cooking, and very quiet and private. Lovely view of the bay from the bedroom terrace and another terrace for private use at the front. Really good location , handy for buses to Dubrovnik old town & Port Gruz or Cavtat and equally for picking up taxi boats. 3 minutes walk to the seafront at Srebreno , 5 minutes to Mlini and also handy for supermarket. Milka was so kind and welcoming & her husband made sure our taxi picked us up to get to the airport when we left. Would thoroughly recommend, fabulous holiday. Thanks

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und verfügt über alle erforderlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Föhn, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir sind von Milka und ihrer Familie sehr herzlich empfangen und aufgenommen worden. Direkt nach der Landung halfen sie uns die Ferienwohnung zu erreichen, da diese mithilfe von Google Maps etwas schwierig zu finden ist. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang und bietet vom Balkon einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Srebreno. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine weitere Terrasse, auf der es sich bequem mit 4 Personen sitzen lässt. Beide Außenbereiche verfügen über einen Sonnenschutz. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral (2 Minuten Fußweg zur Strandpromenade) von Srebreno. Fußläufig ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Drogerie etc. gut zu erreichen. Von der Bucht von Srebreno führen Fußwege zu den benachbarten Buchten Mlini und Kupari, die in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen sind. Die Strandpromenade von Srebreno haben wir mit den Cafes und Strandbars als sehr angenehm zum Baden und Verweilen empfunden. Auch abends bietet sich fußläufig die Möglichkeit in zahlreichen Restaurants etwas zu Essen oder zu Trinken. Milka und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich und immer bemüht ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Danke nochmals dafür! Wir haben in Srebreno einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt und können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful apartment!

We were on a family vacation with our 2 young children. The apartment was decorated with love for the little things that make a place homely. It was very clean and within walking distance to the beach (which was very important to us). Milka and her family are incredibly lovely people and we really hope to see each other again someday. A wonderful place to spend a holiday.

My partner and I could not have asked for a more lovelier and welcoming stay in Dubrovnik. We had an amazing time and staying at this property made it so wonderful! I was born in Germany but have lived in Dubrovnik and Mlini most of my life. I am a representative for a tour operator, and my husband is an IT teacher at a local school. We live with our two sons, a teenager and a student, in a 100-year old house which has been in my husband's family for many years. We have been lovingly renovating and decorating the house, and 2016 we created the Lavender apartment which our friends and guests can enjoy.

Come and stay at our lovely apartment, step out onto your balcony and let the holiday begin. Overlooking the small port of Srebreno and moments from the sea, restaurants and bars, this is the perfect place to relax, and explore everything the area has to offer. We are happy to recommend places to visit and restaurants to go, or listen to your discoveries.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The apartment is accessed from a street which continues on to the sea, less than 100 m away, with beaches where one can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and enjoy a range of activities – kayaking, jet ski, parasailing, diving. In the two small bays of Mlini and Srebreno there are about 10 restaurants, cafes and bars, while the park between the two villages has a children's play area and an exercise area.
The Sheraton hotel is very close to the apartment and offers a variety of amenities (at a charge), such as a spa and indoor pool, and tennis courts.
Opposite the hotel there is a food market and a shopping centre with a large supermarket.
Close to us is the bus station with buses to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, approximately every 30 minutes.
