Escape to your dream beachfront retreat with this stunning oceanfront studio on Ocean Drive! Unwind in a spacious, beautifully designed space featuring a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity and a modern, oversized shower.
The hotel offers a range of top-notch amenities, including a hot tub, refreshing pool, onsite restaurant and bar and direct access to the beach. Located just a short stroll from vibrant Espanola Way and the iconic Lincoln Road Mall, you're never far from the action.
Start your mornings right with an espresso from your personal machine. Everything you need for a relaxing, unforgettable stay is right here.
1. This apartment is part of the Z-Ocean Condo Association, but not a member of the Hotel Program. You do not have access to hotel services such as room service, housekeeping, concierge, or the reception desk.
2. We reserve the right to keep all or part of your deposit in compensation for damage to furniture, accessories, towels, or linens.
3. Sorry, we don’t allow additional overnight guests. The apartment sleeps 4 maximum and we don’t take bookings for more.
4. No smoking. Smoking is not permitted at any time in the apartment.
5. Trash and cleaning. Please place all trash in trashcan and separate glass into the recycling bin. Despite the cleaning fee, please be respectful of our cleaning crew and leave the apartment in reasonable condition. An additional cleaning fee may be charged in the event the apartment is left abnormally dirty.
6. No parties. We hope that you enjoy your stay, but please limit parties to the local clubs and please avoid playing loud music from 11pm to 9am.
7. Pets. The Hotel allowed only emotional support dog.
8. Hot tub. The hot tub must be emptied when not in use. (Jacuzzi works only as a roman tub, the jacuzzi feature is out of order until January)
9. Elevator access card. If an elevator access card is lost, there will be a $50 replacement fee.
PARKING SPOT AND CONDO ACCESS
Valet parking charges $40-$50/day; public parking garages are located 2 blocks from the
building and charge 18$/day. The closest is at 16th and Collins Avenue.
The apartment is part of the Condo Association, but not the Hotel Program. You have access to the lobby amenities and pool, but not to hotel services such as room service, housekeeping, concierge, or the reception desk. You can use the condo gym for $30/day,
but we strongly recommend you try the open-air gym on 9th and Ocean Drive!
CHECK IN
Check-in from 4 pm: We will make exceptions if we don’t have other guests checking out on the same day. Please confirm check-in time a few days before your arrival. We will contact you to confirm the details of your arrival; please let us know about any delays at the earliest convenience, so that we can adjust the schedule and check-in time. The rules are included in the printed manual we leave in the apartment, along with tips about Miami Beach, a Lonely Planet guide, and few treats. For your convenience, we supply a beach umbrella, beach towels, a Bluetooth speaker, and Android and iPhone cables. These are offered free of charge to our guests, so please don’t lose them or take them when you check out; we will bill for replacements as necessary.

To ensure your stay with us continues to be seamless and stress-free let us quickly take you through the check-out process.
The check-out time is 11 AM.
Also, don’t forget to ensure all windows and doors are locked before you check out. We are sad to see you go but hope to see you again on your next holiday.

Per Condo Association rules and Miami Beach City regulations, we cannot host more than 4 guests. We do not allow additional overnight guests who were not included in the original book.
Parties are not allowed in the apartment. We ask you to respect the neighbors. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. There will be a $100 charge if any smoking has occurred in the apartment.

Please keep the air conditioning on. Florida weather is humid; keeping windows open may lead to mold growth.
HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS AND AMENITIES
Ready to enjoy a wonderful soak? Remove the tub cover and fill until the water level is midway up the skimmer opening and above all jets. Do not overfill. Use the LCD screen to
activate light and bubbles. Please replace the cover whenever the tub is not in use. Please drain the tub completely before checking out, to facilitate the cleaning process.
For your convenience, we’ve supplied a beach umbrella, beach towels, a portable Bluetooth speaker, and Android and iPhone cables in the unit. Please feel free to use these, but do not lose them or pack them when you go. We charge for replacements if these items are missing after a guest checks out.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
We try to accommodate luggage storage inside the apartment. If the luggage cannot be reasonably stored inside the unit, please use the “Luggage Lounge” at 235 9th St.
