The apartment was very dirty, everything was very old and not working properly. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The apartment was very small. The only positive thing was the convenient location.

Alberto was very comunicative and explained expectations clearly. Helena was helpful, friendly, available to answer questions and we loved the place. It was in the best location on South Beach, it was clean, quiet, fully stocked, large, and accommodating.

Overall the stay was great. Excellent location. Just a few things like the cleanliness of kitchen utensils and linens. I would definitely book this property again.

Very small kitchen, from pictures made it look bigger. Literally a hotel with a refrigerator and bathroom had a sink leak that got my socks wet every time walked in the bathroom. High light is its right across the streetbfrom the beach, down fall is its behind a restaurant that tries to persuade you eat or drink for happy hour EVERY time you walk by. Building is one of the oldest on the strip so only the room has light renovation. All other parts of the build are still old. Great bargain if you dont plan on doing much sleeping, do to the location and traffic

Great location on south beach!

We stayed in this unit 2 nights before getting on a cruise ship. It was a perfect location for food, fun, and the beach. The unit is spacious and clean. It is a bit noisy during the day. The laundry facilities do have a fee. There is no pool or hot tub though I believe the listing said there was. Great pit stop for two people!

Lovely location

Location was perfect right on the strip. We had a wonderful time walking by the beach.Riding bikes, having drinks fun place to be. Close to everything really loved going to bayside. The only thing I could complain about isThe one ply toilet paper. It was so cheap, you could literally see right through it. Other than that it was perfect. The lady there kept checking in to make sure we didn't need anything, very polite.

Location can’t be beat!

The location was amazing. Walkable to many restaurants, the Miami Beach sign is directly across the street, and the beach is a very short walk. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old and it was perfect for the three of us. Can be a little difficult to find at first as the gated walkway is tucked, basically, behind a table at the restaurant next door but once you find that it’s super easy to check in and go about your day.

It was okay

Cons: Fair property to sleep, neighborhood was sketchy. Front door to the building didn’t lock properly at times, so who knows who was in and out, and there were a lot of homeless around the area. Wasn’t aware that I had to pay for use of the washer/dryer, but they are only 2/load. Only had 1 small roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 days. Sofa bed seems more like a full and the sheets for it were stained. Kitchen wasn’t much help for cooking. Couldn’t boil a pot of water with the stove. Pros: Located right across the street from the beach, which was pretty cool. The “Miami beach” sign is a great spot for pictures. Overall, I’d spend my money on a better location and Uber over if I wanted to go to the beach.

Fantastic

This property is a hidden gem. Right on the beach in south beach. Everything you could need within walking distance. The hostess was a jewel. We will visit this property again.

It was okay but they didn’t provide any trash bags /spray cleaner or a dish scrubber had to run to the store and get one. Coffee maker was very dirty and couldn’t scrub it because again no scrubber! The pans they had were not useful so I couldn’t cook . The shower was so difficult to pull I literally broke a nail and hurt my hand. The towels smelled like wet dog and had to wash them and lastly the bed covers smelled like other people slept there and it was really itchy.
