Not the best experience

This place looks really cool in the photos. The pool inside is cool, but the place needs work. Location sucks. There are rats and roaches in the house. The ceiling caved in while we were in one room upstairs, and in the other room rain started dripping through the ceiling. So we had to leave early and lost more money and time because of this. The air conditioners in the house exhaust into the main living area with the pool and kitchen, so it's very hot.. not sure why they didn't put these exhaust fans pointing outside. Bathrooms are old and need to be updated. For the price, I figured it would be better taken care of and thought out.

Our family were stayed here for 8 nights for Christmas and New Year. Overall the villa is nice, pak Yudi and Ibu Heny are great host, very responsive for our queries or requests. The pool is great, cozy and clean. As long as you have your own vehicle, you will be OK to stay here otherwise you need to walk around 15-20 minutes to the main road. However, the villa need to be repaired as we stayed during the rainy season and some place were leaked and a little bit flooded. As long as it is not rainy season, you will be fine.

Hostnya juga ramah,, thanks to koko Prayudi n ibu Henny,, Pokonya... aku n tmn2 pengen balik lagiii ke villanya  Sukaaaaa... 

Overall we had a great experience staying here,the location was superb only 15 minutes from ngurah rai airport. Pak Yudi was a super great host and really helpful during our stay. If you're planning to stay close to the city this place is a perfect choice.

The HOST Mr Prayudi EXECUTE FLAWLESSLY from the beginning through the end. He will leave no stone unturned to ASSIST you with anything . The villa is Marvelous , No doubts about it and the LOCATION PERFECTLY worked out for us as we wanted to EXPLORE EAST side of BALI which turned out to be exquisite, calm and peaceful. There is more in bali after KUTA Beach ! The whole VILLA is very WELL MAINTAINED . The best part is the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL ! It was a TRIP OF PURE DESTINY, THE KIND YOU JUST CANT MANUFACTURE ! JOB WELL DONE MR PRAYUDI !!! LOOKING FORWARD TO STAY HERE AGAIN , whenever we come next time. I HAVE ALREADY STRICTLY RECOMMENDED all my friends and family , IF GOING BALI - COME AND STAY HERE !!!
