Escape to the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach without breaking the bank! Sugar Beach 235 is a charming 2nd-floor studio perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking an intimate beach retreat. Enjoy side views of the Gulf right from your unit and immediate access to the emerald waters.

The Space
This thoughtfully designed studio maximizes every inch for your comfort:

Sleeping: Features a comfortable full-size Murphy bed that tucks away to open up the living space during the day.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up breakfast or a beachside snack.

Convenience: In-unit washer and dryer mean no sandy clothes to take home!

Resort Amenities
When you stay at Sugar Beach, you get more than just a room—you get a full vacation experience:

4 Pools: Three regular pools (one heated seasonally) plus a dedicated kids' pool.

The Sugar Shack (Open Seasonally): On-site food and drinks available, so you never have to leave the sun.

Prime Location: Located on the 2nd floor for quick, easy access to the beach and parking.

Good to Know
Parking: One parking pass is included for the duration of your stay. (Note: No boats, RVs, or trailers allowed).

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

House Rules: This is a smoke-free and pet-free unit. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, loud parties are not permitted.

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Nice Beachside Studio

Perfect little room for a couple with one or two small children. Full kitchen with the basics, Murphy bed, sofa bed, table for two, TV and washer-dryer in the unit. Close to the elevator and less than a football field length walk to the beach. Three nice swimming pools on the property. Security guard on site every night. Ice vending machine and the "Sugar Shack" snack bar on the beach end of the complex. There is a boardwalk with NO STAIRS going to the beach that has a shower and hos to rinse everything off on the way back in. Really close to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach shopping and restaurants.This is an older, simple, clean, no frills property.

Too much “art” and knickknacks! Covered all surfaces. Move the tv to the wall opposite the bed. Move the microwave to a reasonable location. I am 5’2” and over 70.
