Your cozy getaway awaits just outside of Mineola at this amazing house. Located in the charming community of Hainesville, and boasting 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and hair dryer, this adorable property offers a comfortable stay. Enjoy the additional living room space with a sofa bed for extra guests. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. This quaint and cozy farmhouse was completely rebuilt in 2023-2024. It is located 15 miles from Lake Fork, 30 miles from Tyler, 15 miles from downtown Mineola, and 10 miles from downtown Quitman. For those wishing to take your bass boat to Lake Fork, the ample parking allows you to easily park your boat trailer, and outdoor outlets allow for charging of trolling motors. Welcome to the Farmhouse!

My wife and I grew up in East Texas and love the area. While we live in Houston now, we visit East Texas at least monthly, especially during the holiday months. We bought the Farmhouse in 2022, and immediately began remodeling it. After two years, we started using it as a place for family to stay for gatherings hosted at our nearby ranch. Given the joy it has brought our family, we decided to open it up to others who also valued a quiet weekend in the county. We hope you enjoy the Farmhouse!

It’s what a community is supposed to be—a place where neighbors not only offer to help each other, but truly desire to help each other and are happier for it. It’s a special place for our family and one that all should get to enjoy.

The Farmhouse is a locally historic home that is known to the locals. While it has been modernized, its exterior remains true to the original architecture and design. It’s a true gem, and a lovely place to spend time in the country with loved ones or a good book.
