Eclectic,Spacious,4-Bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Zona Colonial

Im sorry that we didn’t meet this guest standards !! He left us a 2 star without even staying here . I need to clarify some of the allegations here . Air conditioner in the living room is canceled from day one and it’s mentioned in the description.other 4 rooms has brand new ice cold AC working just fine . This property have 51 reviews 4.94 star rate out of five in the other booking platform . We are new in vrbo . i let them check in early just being nice . I got couple messages right after he was talking about AC in the living room is no t working . I told them to check out right away and for full refund that’s i was being nice again He accepted and left . When I saw his profile photo with a cigar you know what they are here for .after little chat his messages . I don’t really want them to stay at my property That’s old colonial building . It’s a second floor . Stairs are not too bad . It’s probably hard for them to climb . We host lots of families with elderly . There was no problem I mean he dosent read the description it’s in second floor . I purchased the building couple years ago and completely renovated . Property in the booking platforms less than a year now . I purchased everything from local here such as ikea etc there’s no furniture here over a one year old yet . Not even a piece !
