We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, conveniently-located, and spacious apartment. Everything is nice and new! We only had a few wishes while we stayed: 1) more timely communication from the hosts about checking and checkout— it’d be convenient to have that information on the listing. 2) hand towels and hand soap in each bathroom— there were only bath towels and wash cloths and one of the bathrooms had hand soap. 3) one of the beds was missing a top sheet, but the blanket in the room was super comfy and cozy. It seems like this Vrbo is just getting started, receptive to feedback, and improving with each stay. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and we would stay again.

Even though we came in April it was still pretty cold. The heater was broken and the blankets provided were throw blankets you would use for a couch when lounging. No comforter, quilt, or a real bed blanket were provided until asked. They had to wash them (appreciated) but arrived went still around 11 pm and were not able to be used until the following day. Other than being cold at night it was overall a good stay!

Okay stay, needs to finish
Our stay was okay. It would've been excellent if there were common supplies in the apartment. There was only one towel per room. So for 4 people there was only 3 towels. Also, there was an iron but no ironing board. There also were no bureaus, nowhere to put your clothes except a closet to hang clothes. In the kitchen there was hardly any skillets, I think there was one, but no pots. Hardly any drinking glasses. There was empty boxes of things like a toaster, but there was none to be found. The couch is less to be desired and it's the only piece of furniture. The TV's (TCL TV) had not even been programmed much. As for the beds, there was only one blanket for each bed and no top sheet. The entire hallway, first and second floor had no light at night. None of the light switches worked. In addition, when you walk through the outside front door you are greeted by a massive baby carriage that makes it almost impossible to get by. Finally, there is not a secondary exit or fire escape or fire extinguisher. In view of these things it's clear that this place is not ready to be rented out in my opinion.
