With 4 bathrooms and many private decks to view the lake. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, hot tub, paddle boards, and kayaks. Home includes outdoor grill area over looking the lake and fire pit for cool nights. There is also a double deck dock looking out at the lake with room for two boats. Feel at home in this cozy retreat and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. In addition, there is a pontoon boat rental available with this home through an agreement with a different entity than the one that owns the home. My family and friends stayed at this place for a week. It was excellent. It has all you need for cooking, boating, swimming and a week of fun. The property and view are amazing. We have stayed at lake Nottley multiple times and this place is amazing. Tony was a great host. He answered all my many questions. We definitely will be requesting additional vacations at this property.

Mr. Tony received last minute notice and provided accommodations following a family emergency. Many people from my group were coming from other states and arrived ahead of me. They were able to seamlessly check in and familiarize themselves with the property. I've stayed in the area before and this location has the best views of the lake and sunrise. If you're looking for peace and serenity, this is the location for you!

Christmas Vacation

This home is perfectly designed for families, master bedrooms with adjoining children bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone had plenty of space to interact and enough privacy to get away. The view of the lake and mountains was perfect! All enjoyed their stay.

When my wife and I first walked in the home and saw the views we knew this was the home for us. The Arrowood Pointe area is one of the best locations on Lake Nottely

What makes our property unique is definitely the views! Our home overlooks the widest part of the lake. We also have a double deck dock looking out on the lake with room for two boats.
