The host was very accommodating and the house was in a great location. The hot water wasn't working in the place we originally reserved I messaged the host and within he messaged back and had a new place in same building we were able to move into which was very convient. I would book again if I ever make it back to that area

Do NOT stay here! This place was not clean at all, piles of garbage and sheets and fingernails all over the place. The stairs are wobbly and boards are falling off, my kids could not walk up them. I will never ever stay here again.

The property had easy parking for the area and all the activities going on in the Shaw. Great kitchen comfortable beds.Lots of stairs for 91 82 old adults. Laundry area was very undesirable.Great area to walk and enjoy beautiful St. Louis

Our family got to enjoy the area using this cosy apartment and its four bedrooms as ground zero. Parking was easy for unloading and loading.

Good stay, Nice price.

Trouble getting reception for the TV (possibly due to weather) We used it mainly for sleeping. Beds were comfy and overall a good stay for the price.

Family and friends trip

This property is great for large groups that want economic stay. WiFi is bad/spotty but we just used it as a place to stay at night and eat and it’s great for that.

We came down to stl for my daughter’s graduation Friday so are stay was from Friday-Sunday. We arrived that night around 11-11:30pm. When we made it to the building the first two stairs was broken, we get inside the the apartment stains on the walls one of the couches was filthy, cracks in the walls the WiFi didn’t work at all like they said it would the blinds in every rooms was raggedy like tore up and they was raised up couldn’t raised them down I complained immediately and they really acted surprised talking about sorry for the inconvenience we’re gonna get right on it with my team they never did. The way the shower was set up. Water came on the floor. The next morning my son is trying to take a shower. Water was cold. It was never no more hot water again in our stay and the only thing they can say is we can check out at 11 and they would give money back for Saturday at this point it was too late because it was nothing else to rent at the last minute. I’m very disappointed this place should never be listed on no sites especially for what we paid for lesson learned never again

We had a great stay overall! The house worked really well for our group and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and took care of any issues right away — including missing bedding and a refrigerator problem. Parking could sometimes be a bit tricky to find, but it wasn’t a major issue.The home could use a few updates — a fresh coat of paint and some improved seating in the dining and living areas would make a big difference. The living room furniture and layout were a little different than pictured, but still comfortable enough for our stay.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again!

Cozy Stay

This property was perfect for what my parents and I needed to enjoy our stay in St. Louis. It was a quaint little home to come back to and enjoy each others company after our busy days of venturing out and about. The amenities that were included were great, the beds were so comfortable and the location was ideal, close to just about anything you to see. Dan was phenomenal to communicate and work with as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for just a cozy little spot to relax and wind down at after a day/evening outing.

The two main problems we had were broken slats on the blinds letting streetlights shine on our eyes at night and a shortage of toilet paper since we couldn't find a spare roll.
