Welcome to Honeysuckle Hill - your cozy retreat in the peaceful Water’s Edge community of Tracy City, TN, just minutes from Monteagle and Sewanee. Perfectly tucked into the South Cumberland Plateau, this area offers the best of both worlds: endless outdoor adventure and small-town charm with great restaurants and unique shopping nearby.

Take a short hike to Deer Lick Falls, a private 80-foot waterfall just 10 minutes down the road (exclusive to guests), or explore the beautiful grounds of The University of the South. Golf lovers will find epic rounds waiting at Sweetens Cove, The Course at Sewanee, and Bear Trace at Tims Ford.

Inside, Honeysuckle Hill invites you to slow down and savor Southern charm. High ceilings, abundant natural light, and classic decor make this small cottage feel open and inviting, while thoughtful touches throughout ensure you feel right at home.

This was our first experience with a tiny home and would do it again. Ideal for two people and a dog. The home has two screened in porches, a deck and firepit with andirodick chairs. The house is located in a tiny home community with a private lake. It is close to several state parks, with an abundance of waterfalls. Overall a good value.

This tiny home is perfectly situation to enjoy everything the region has to offer. We choose the location for it's proximity to The Caverns but we ended up going hiking, waterfall "hunting," back to The Caverns for a tour, and just hanging out at the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was big enough to fix breakfast without feeling cramped and the shower was spacious. The home truly had everything we needed and enough space for us to hang out together or enjoy some solitude. We didn't even get to the Fiery Gizzard State Park which is right there, so that's first up next time. We had a great time and hope to be back soon.

It was beautiful, double screened in patio with one connected to a room was the best. Just calming and relaxing space. Definitely will be coming back!

We had a great time at the property. It was quiet and offered a peaceful place to get away and was close to trails. It was clean, offered basic necessities, and had enough room for our small family. The finish of the cabinets were a little worn, but did not affect operation.. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
