We came to Florida for my Uncle’s Celebration of Life & incorporated a family vacation into it. We ranged from 1yr old (Grandson) to 82 yrs old (my Dad).. we had 2 of our sons & two of our daughters in law & my Granddaughter. We enjoyed staying here. Very user friendly. We like to cook together & we had plenty of room. Everyone has an Amazing time. Love this place

Great location and home

We just return from our family trip of 9 and stayed at this beautiful spacious house and we look forward to using again in the future with the kids. The neighborhood is friendly and located in perfect spot to access all needs and beach. Our boys enjoyed riding the bikes through neighborhood and we used thd beach stuff stored in garage. Close to beach and anything you may need. At night, we enjoyed the open kitchen living room area. All could sit on large couch watching netflix. The kitchen was stocked so we were able to cook breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended and spacious

Family weekend

This place has potential to be great but there are some issues that should be addressed. of all upon entering the home we encountered a few roaches, I notified the owner only to be given the response “welcome to Florida”. Next, I modified my reservation months prior to check-in and still have not received a refund for the unused day and prorated fees /taxes. The comforters in one of the bedrooms was dirty so we needed to wash them before we could use them. The listing did say to bring sheets and towels (which I think is a ridiculous thing to ask travelers to do when luggage fees are so much!) but the listing did not say also bring toilet paper, paper towels and travel sized bathroom supplies so we had to go out and get all that as well. While we were there the air conditioning unit on the garage started leaking and was a huge mess… the owner did get someone out but only after telling us to put a bucket underneath and empty it as needed as it was Saturday and he probably wouldn’t be able to get anyone there on the weekend. The listing also stated an ironing board was available, when one wasn’t found the owner’s response was to just use the countertops with my own towels. The location of the home was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of space and the beds were actually comfortable but I don’t know if I can recommend this place, I will not be staying here again!

Fall Break Family Vacation 2023

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a nice neighborhood that was easy to find and just a short drive to Daytona Beach. The house was very roomy for when everyone needed their space. The property owner checked in with me to ensure everything was good with our stay. I would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Home away from home

John was great answered questions quickly the family left a great list of restaurants besides having to bring our own sheets and towels and a little bit of requested extra cleaning upon checkout property was spacious and homey also a great location to attend all the local races we came for

The house and neighborhood were perfect. It was just as listed. It was clean, however it felt like the cleaning had been slightly rushed as there were a few things that could have been cleaned better. But it was nothing to bad! Would definitely stay there again when I come back.

PERFECT GETAWAY!!!

This home is spacious and so beautiful. Trust me you won’t want to go home after a stay here! I was begging my husband to stay longer! The king bed is alittle to firm but other than that no problem at all. The owners was always a quick message away great on responding. My kids loved the bikes and toys! Overall just an amazing place to stay! We will be definitely coming back!

Mini vacation

The house was clean, good location, and plenty of room! Make sure you read description have to bring your own sheets, towels and washcloths! No icemaker! Have to fill ice trays- we just bought bags of ice- Note on refrigerator that you have to clean the house before you leave- sweep, clean bathrooms, vacuum (Vacuum is terrible) has a washer dryer so we washed our clothes- Bathroom could use some updating- cant turn the air past 72 or it will freeze Up so had to run ceiling fans alot To stay cool—nice back yard!! Over all it was a descent place to stay for the money!

Family Vacation

We had 6 adults and 2 small children. We had plenty of room. The house was clean and in a good location to everything. The community pool was great! We had a short drive to restaurants which was wonderful. We had awesome communication with John & the check-in/out process was the best we’ve ever had with VRBO! We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Great family vacation

We all felt like we were at our own home. Relaxing and plenty to do. Grandkids loved it greatly! We all had lots of fun at the beach, riding bikes, chasing lizards and the pool.

This was our first time using the rental site. We were a little on the fence, but once we arrived it was the best decision. House was clean, great amount of space for our group 4 adults and 4 children. We had a 14hr drive and when we got to the house it was like home away from home! We will be coming back, thank you John!

Great Place near the heart of Daytona

Our family of six was very well accommodated in Mr. Laviola's home. It was very spacious, comfortable, and clean; even better then what the pictures relayed on the website. The house had a ton of amenities, including 3 cable televisions, washer/dryer, and a whole slew of outdoor toys (bikes, beach toys, lawn chairs etc). It was also well equipped with dishes, a couple of fridges, and lots of storage place. There was even a room devoted to children's toys. The home is located in small subdivision about a 5-10 drive from anything you'd like to do in the Daytona/Port Orange area. Its far enough away to avoid the chaos of Spring Break and Summer Vacations, but close enough that you can jump in whenever you want. A very nice property and well worth the price. We would definitely book again.

Excellent location, Beautiful home, Nice owner

The ad really lived up to our great experience! We were to families totalling 7 people and we could have very easily and comfortably fit a few extra people. The house would easily accommodate 10 people! Very nice neighbourhood and the bicycles were a nice touch, as were the beach toys and chairs. Although the communal pool was closed all week due to Mother Nature (cooler than normal weather), the owner went out of his way to provide other options and even found a way to compensate us (even if this was beyond his control). Location is great - close to the beach, close to the Daytina 500 raceway, a little over an hour away from Orlando (Universal Studios), etc. The groundskeeper (Jim) stopped in for a visit (as expected) and he was very nice and friendly. This was our first experience using VRBO so we weren't sure what to expect. If you're planning a trip to the Daytona area and this reasonably priced location fits your budget, we highly recommend it! Thank you to John and to Jim for making our stay so nice. Josh.

A great house in a great neighborhood

This is a great place situated in a quiet clean neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a large group to have a very nice relaxing time together! No complaints what so ever!!

Awesome Stay, Great Price
