Getting around from The Deer Den is simple and convenient, allowing you to fully enjoy all the adventures that await in the Massanutten area. Having a car is recommended, as it provides easy access to the Massanutten Mountain Resort, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and other recreational activities. The property features ample parking, making it easy for multiple vehicles or outdoor equipment. In addition to the resort, you'll find charming local shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short drive away. Whether you're heading out for a day of adventure or a relaxing evening out, the well-connected roads ensure you can explore everything this beautiful region has to offer.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Keep noise indoors during these hours.

No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING

Keep all tires off the road.

Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.

Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)

No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
