Enjoy comfort year-round with split-unit air conditioning in the Great Room and Master Bedroom. Step outside to the view deck, or have a seat in the 3 foot deep chill pool, with a serene waterfall. The chill pool is perfect for the kids as well.

Kona Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing place and great communication. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again. The driveway is very long, steep narrow and angled, but it is manageable. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and we all really enjoyed the lanai and small pool with the waterfall feature. Thank you!

The Perfect House for our Group

The house was PERFECT for our Group including myself, my husband and our 13 year old son as well as two other couples. My son loved the bunk room and even more so, the ping pong table! We especially loved the bird feeders by the pool and enjoyed filling them up every morning. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the appliances, utensils, linens, etc... that we needed for the week. I can't say enough good things about our experience there. If we ever make it back to the Big Island, we would love to stay at this house again!

The pool was warm and relaxing, we loved watching birds at the feeder, and even got to see some whales spouting in the distance. And, it was well stocked with beach and pool supplies and toys!The house is a great location for exploring so many beaches and experiences. We loved our stay!

Perfect house for a family vacation

We loved this house! This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house had really great amenities - snorkel gear and beach chairs and sunscreen, etc. The AC worked great and there was plenty of space for our group. The location was great, just a short drive from Magic Sands. My only complaint was that the 'pool' was VERY small (it looks bigger in the photos) and it was set to 102F when we arrived. It was a hot day and the kiddos couldn't swim, but we contacted the property manager and figured out how to turn it down. Overall, we loved the place and would definitely come back.

The back lanai was wonderful in the morning and evening was so beautiful and relaxing. It was also great having a wonderful kitchen to cook in. While the pool is small my grandchildren loved it. The downstairs was great with the ping pong table and the snorkel gear was such a nice addition. Thank you for providing such a nice home!

The house was amazing with a beautiful view. There was 7 of us (3 couples and one single individual) we all had our own room with privacy. The beds were a bit firm for our liking but we made do. The house in general was spacious, clean and well stocked with towels, extra blankets & pillows, dishes, pots & pans and toiletries. They even had beach gear like snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and pool noodles. The sitting pool was a bit chilly but overall nice and relaxing. The property manager answered and showed up quickly when we blew a fuse (to many ladies doing the hair at once, lol).The reason I gave the listing 4 stars instead of 5 is because there should have been a better description of the driveway. It was only wide enough for a single car and very steep, narrow and curved. There was no where to turn around once at the top so you have to back down it. If we would have known this we would have rented 2 small cars instead of a Suburban (which we kept parked at the bottom of the driveway and walked up it).I would recommend this property but just be prepared for the driveway if you intend on having a bigger vehicle. I added a picture of the driveway from the top but you cannot see all of it because of the curve. Also a picture of the beautiful sunset from the lanai.

Also, wir können allen positiven Bewertungen aus vollstem Herzen zustimmen. Wir kamen zu Fünft und waren uns alle einig, dass wir noch nie in einer so schönen Unterkunft ZU HAUSE waren. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und es ist einfach alles vorhanden, das man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Garten, Sonnenuntergänge, Vögel füttern, Ausblick, Früchte, die vom Baum fallen - alles perfekt.
