Destination Wedding Stay

My family stayed overnight at Graceful Retreat on our way to a sestination wedding in the Bahamas. This property kick off a wonderful week of celebrating love! The accommodations are so cozy! The home is inviting and the decor is beautiful. Our family had plenty of space to stretch out and rejuvenate. Ileana made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I definitely will rent this property again when we are visiting the area.

Graceful House Stay

House nice as listed. Development house is in is nice, little sketchy outside development. Pros: plenty room, clean, nicely decorated, fit our needs very well for short trip to golf. Communication with host excellent, Cons: kitchen lights didn't work, could use more towels in bathrooms, couldn't find a toaster

Dear William, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We also want to apologize for the confusion with the kitchen lights. They are controlled by two light switches, and the light needs to be turned on from the same switch that was last turned off. We completely understand how this could be a bit tricky, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Based on your feedback, we will make sure to write specific instructions on how to manage the kitchen lights to avoid any confusion for future guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback — it helps us improve and create a better experience for everyone. We hope to welcome you back in the future! Best regards,

Home away from home

This home was as pictured. BEAUTIFUL! When you first walked in the door the smell of strawberries and the cleanliness of the house was amazing. I have to give the Host a big shot out because she was on point each and every time. No long wait to respond. It was definitely a great choice.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and roomy

The home was exactly as pictured. The property manager was very responsive. Kitchen has all the basics, plus some thoughtful touches like snacks. Very clean. The location is a safe small family oriented housing community. Even a little playground down the street. The only drawback to the location is that you really can’t walk anywhere- but that seems to be true for all of this residential area of Jacksonville. It was convenient to where we were going for the weekend. If we were staying longer, we would’ve missed having a laundry or at least a way to hand wash and hang dry.
