Overall, the room was a lot 'tighter' in space than expected, but it worked out for the weekend. Host communication was definitely A, as all codes needed were given on time and they were all used without any problems at all. The view from the room is basically a sliver of the ocean just over the pool area, but seeing the people come and go in the parking lot made for some interesting talking points, too. Palm rats are a thing... we learned this while staying in this room and we've lived in SC our whole lives. Please be aware! We also saw a hawk snatch up a rabbit and eat it directly over the unit. Wildlife is absolutely present here.Location was within walking distance of everything, so park your car and leave it until you absolutely have to use it. There are many restaurants and things to do within a few blocks. If the bunk bed was bunk bedS, this would've been ideal, but it's actually JUST A SHELF with a singular Naval-ship-style bunk in the hallway, so please plan accordingly if you're planning to use that!Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner.... you just need the ingredients. Oven cooks bacon quickly... I'm glad I smelled it when I did. The only thing I can think of to say in a negative light is: the couch has stains everywhere and could really use a thorough cleaning-- I didn't really want to touch it. The floor was gritty, and there was quite a bit of mildew in the bathroom (water comes out the back).
