-Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 7am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-Please leave the Condo entrance key on the kitchen counter when you check out. A fine of $150 will be passed on to the guest for a lost key.
