Just minutes from Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Ski Resort, this home offers both lake and mountain fun at your fingertips. Inside, you'll find a modern kitchen and living area with a cozy fireplace to gather around after a day of exploring. The home features one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, providing a comfortable and stay for family and friends.

The outdoor space is a true highlight. Roast marshmallows by the firepit, or grill up dinner and eat on the wraparound deck while soaking in the serene surroundings. Whether you're hitting the slopes at Wisp or spending your days on the lake, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

THIS HOME is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). Max. parking spaces: 4.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
