A Quite Place

Quiet Place in a very nice neighborhood! It’s super close to the beach and plenty of dining options. The house was clean, roomy, and the hot tub on the back deck was a highlight. The front room and bathrooms are a bit dated, but overall it’s a very comfortable place to stay. Plus, iTrip was a pleasure to work with—very responsive and professional. Would recommend!"

Great place to stay

This house had everything we needed. Plenty of room for four adults and four children (2-4 years old) and the jacuzzi was a nice benefit. The location was good as well. Would likely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at “A quiet place”. It truly was a peaceful and serene location. The beds were slightly on the harder side as other reviews have said but we were so wore out from biking all day it didn’t even bother us.

This home is perfect for a family! Tons of room, very open, very clean, great location in Sea Pines-less than 5 min by car to beach, can walk or drive to pool/park down street, and close to many restaurants. Relax in the nice hot tub in the evening.

Great Getaway

We wanted to get a quick family getaway for a few days. This house was great--very clean and very conveniently located in Sea Pines. Also, we were able to cook in and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great plqce

Older house that is well maintained with newer kitchen and appliances. Plenty of space. AC worked great, all kitchen appliances worked great, washer and dryer worked great. Great hot water and water pressure. Would stay again. Only minor complaint is hot tub cover was broke so hot tub was hard to keep clean of tree debris. Management company aware and fixing.

Great location in Sea Pines

We really enjoyed our stay. Our house was located right off of bike trail-where you can bike throughout Sea Pines, close to the Shops at Sea Pines-we went to the Farmers market and it was wonderful, and Lawton stables where my kids loved to ride and feed the animals. We liked the accessibility to everything, especially the Forest Preserve and beach, we barely needed a car.
