Nice place. Only drawback (which has its own positive as well) is the lack of view. The building is built on a hill so even though this is on the 4th floor it’s actually at ground level and behind a large retaining wall. If you want to see the mountains from your deck, you can’t. But, it is so quiet and peaceful. Sat on the patio each morning and read for hours in complete silence. Walking distance to town (the hill getting back is a chore but there are shuttle options available). Everything was as advertised and having the private hot tub was super nice. Enough essentials in the kitchen that we could cook what we had planned without having to buy a thousand things. I would recommend this unit for sure.

This is a phenomenal experience. The accommodations were top-notch, and the private hot tub on the balcony was an added bonus. The Blue Sky shuttle service made getting around a breeze, and the snowflake lift right outside of Charter Sports made getting to the slopes quick and easy.

Beautiful room, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very responsive management and it was a pleasureful stay. The amenities of the facility were great, the pool and hot tub, as well as the shuttle service.

What a cute place! We thoroughly enjoyed our summer week here. Property staff is super friendly and helpful. Downtown is only .5 mi away but it’s straight downhill, meaning straight uphill back - something we had to get used to in this altitude. There is also a sprinter bus that will drop off and pick up for you for those who do not want to or cannot walk. Only other suggestion for future renters is to stop at the Whole Foods in Frisco before coming into to BRECK. The property does not have a sundries store. There is one little store on Main Street next to Bjorn Honey for immediate needs. We loved our stay and will be back!

Our family loved staying here! The location is convenient to town, which is easily accessible by bus or a short walk. If you’re bringing a car, the unit has a dedicated spot in an enclosed garage. The unit itself was perfect for us - clean, well stocked with linens and starter supply of kitchen and bath necessities. The kitchen and in-unit laundry were great to have. We can’t wait to visit again!
