➤ As part of the building rules, we kindly ask guests to send soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in with the building front desk.

➤Please remember to return the Keyless apartment access card, Gym and Parking access cards in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

please remember to return the Keyless access card, Parking and Gym access cards in good condition when you check out. If the card is lost or unreturned, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

➤Late Check-out
Kindly ensure to checkout before the standard time 10 AM. Delayed checkout till 1 PM is chargeable at AED 100 per Hour. Post 1PM check-out is chargeable at AED 1000.



➤Cleaning and Sanitization
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Please note that cleaning is provided only once before your check-in. You can request for additional cleaning during your stay for an additional charge.


** NO SMOKING INSIDE **
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Please note that there will a fine of AED 3000-5000 if reported.

Smoking is allowed only outside on terrace and we provide closed ashtray for that (to prevent wind blowing off any flammable leftovers).

➤ NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please note that there will a fine of AED 1000 if reported.

There is Minut, noise and smoke detector installed in apartment. Its tampering, damaging or removing will be charged 3000 DHS.

**NO PETS ALLOWED**
As part of the building rules pets are not allowed. Any evidence of bringing them in will result in a fee for odor and hair removal and furniture cleaning. Please note that there will a fine of AED 3000-5000 if reported.
