This was a lovely home with lots of room for ourselves and grown children. I appreciated the wrap around deck as the weather was great for outdoor living. My grandkids absolutely loved the use of the SHARK passes to swim. While pet friendly, the house was really clean and didn't have the "pet smell" that unfortunately can happen in some places. All in all, a great experience!

The host made every effort to have our stay as accommodating as possible. I will attempt to reserve this location again next year with our conference. Open spaces, generous rooms and adequate space for the guests.

Perfect for Family

Great location, easy to book. SHARC passes are a great bonus. There was 8 of us ,6 adults and 2 children, enough room for everyone!

Great place. Second time at this property. Our go to in Sunriver at this point. Large enough, cozy enough. Has great amenities. The hosts are very attentive, any inquiry and is a text away. (Please please please put in a different mattress in the master bedroom, its way too stiff)

House in a great location. Nice, quality, private, hot tub. Great to have a sauna in master bath. Host communication very good. Thanks for leaving us a bag of Sisters coffee. It’s a big place - plenty of room to spread out.

Great place for a for a large family gathering. Flow worked well with 8 adults and 3 children. Some scarcity of items (i.e., towels, utensils, kitchen ware) but the managers were quick and efficient to respond. Would definitely rent again.

The house was very clean and had really awesome, set up. We had 9 people and everyone had more than enough space. We highly recommend this rental and we'll be using it again in the future!

Best one yet

Over the years of staying in sun river, this trip takes the cake so far and its thanks to the property and host. Very clean, as described with great amenities that all work. Very responsive host, ready to help anytime. We loved our stay, and we look forward with booking with Arrived.

We enjoyed our stay; however, this home is definitely in need of some TLC. The carpet was filthy and covered in dog hair (we didn't take our dog this trip). The bikes were in terrible shape, so we had to rent bikes in the village. The beds were comfortable!

The home was unfortunately not cleaned thoroughly. Carpets throughout the entire home are badly stained, which just makes the home look dirty. There were dirt smudges on door jams and glass doors, garbage was left behind dressers and tv stands, a ziplock of dog food was left from previous guests behind a stack of folded blankets that my dog got into which lead to another unnecessary mess I had to clean up. The bbq on the deck has not been cleaned in who knows how long and it was appalling that it was left in that manner for guests to use. Upstairs main bedroom tv didn’t work either. The bed (couch bed) in the downstairs master are extremely hard and sleeping was not comfortable. I guess my frustration is that when you pay a lot of money to stay in a home for a family vacation, we shouldn’t be cleaning up after a cleaning service leaves, or if there are amenities listed, they should all be working. Cleanliness, or lack thereof, is my biggest complaint. The company did offer to send out cleaners after asking how the house was after we arrived, although I didn’t feel it appropriate to have a cleaning service come in, again, while our family was there or even while we were out of the home with all of our belongings there. The house should have been cleaned thoroughly to begin with.
