The space
Enjoy direct access to the entire cabin and outdoor amenities, including a private pickleball/basketball court, fire pit with free firewood, wraparound porch, and a fully equipped outdoor gym. Sleeps up to 15 across 4 bedrooms, with a private bathroom in the primary suite and scenic Sevierville mountain views throughout. Xbox, classic board games, life-size games, and more ensure friendly competition indoors. Perfect for family fun, stargazing, and gathering by ambient lighting.

Lake Access (Year-Round)
Your stay includes exclusive lake access all year. From March–September, enjoy a short walk across the street for fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking when water levels are high. In cooler months, access shifts down the street to a private dock with boat launch, perfect if you’re bringing a boat. Boat launch and kayaks are optional amenities available upon request in advance."

Guest access
Guests have direct access to the entire property — nothing is shared. This includes all indoor and outdoor amenities: the private pickleball and basketball court, outdoor gym, hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, game room, and wraparound porch. Free parking is available, and the space is fully yours from check-in to check-out.

Optional kayak use is available by request. Guests who wish to use the kayaks must complete a simple waiver prior to use. This amenity is not required and is offered separately from the booking.

➤ House Rules: Please treat the home with care. No smoking or parties are allowed
