This two-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is in the peaceful Clearwater Neighborhood. This home provides great privacy with natural mountain landscaping and open space boarding the home. You will have access to the Buttercup trail system and lift for your hiking, biking and winter adventures. Features include a wood burning fireplace to stay cozy after a long day of playing in the winter months as well as A/C for the cooling down in the summer months. In the kitchen you will find granite countertops in the fully appointed kitchen, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, flat screen tv's. You can also unwind in a private hot tub located on the lower patio.
