The Cozy cottage was more than just cozy. It was clean and inviting and perfect for our visit to Emporium. The host was attentive and courteous. Would recommend.

The name says it all. The house was very cozy and exceptionally clean. The furniture and the beds were very nice and comfortable and the shower was awesome. We got to meet our gracious host Ann and her adorable fur babies Sally and Lucy. Ann was very friendly and inviting. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future.. .

Close to town but still has wonderful views of the mountains and wildlife. House is very neat and furnished very well.

Loved the cottage as far as comfort, function, and cleanliness. The deck was the only slight disappointment. Seemed from the pictures online, it was more spacious with countryside all around. In actuality, the cottage was on the outskirts of town with disappointing views. While booked for that reason, we did not even utilize it. However, the host and inside amenities were great! Would stay there again.

Perfect house for race weekend

My 3 friends and my son Jake stayed here for a double running race weekend. The house was perfect, clean, convenient, and we all loved the shower!

Lovely clean well stocked cottage. centrally located to surround towns and State Parks. Prefect place to slow down and enjoy life. Truly breathtaking views. Ann was a wonderful host genuinely friendly and helpful.

Best little place in Emporium!!

Love love love this property. Cozy clean and in town for easy access to stores.Cant say enough about this lovely little cottage. This was my 3rd time staying and I will continue to make this my go to stay when visiting family. Ann is super accommodating and helpful as a host. The linens are crisp and fresh. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed to make our several weeks vacation relaxed and comfortable! Added bonus a washer and dryer to help us keep up on our laundry without dragging it all to the laundromat!It rained alot while we were there and it was nice to sit at the kitchen table and enjoy my coffee while listening to the rain.Love it! 10 stars!!
