ACCESS CODE
Your door code will be sent 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival, once we receive your Acknowledgment, guest count, and estimated arrival time. For same-day reservations or after-hours check-ins (5:00 PM - 6:00 AM), please call us to confirm your booking.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in (before 4:00 PM) is available for a $55 fee, which covers an additional cleaner to expedite turnover. The earliest available window is 12:45 PM - 1:15 PM. If we're unable to accommodate, the fee will be fully refunded.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Need a blow-up bed, Pack 'n Play, safety gate, or toddler high chair? Please request in advance -- same-day requests may not be fulfilled until the following day or may not be available.

POOL & SPA HEATING
Heating is available for $100/day and must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in. Payment is required before the heater is activated.
- Pool: 85F | Spa: 100F
- Heater off: 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM daily
- Summer (May - August) or when outdoor temps are near or in the 90s: Pool/spa heating unavailable
- Requests after arrival: $25 service fee applies
- Heat-up time: ~4-5 hours to reach above 80F

COLD WEATHER NOTICE
When outdoor temperatures drop below 50F, we cannot guarantee the spa will reach or maintain 100F.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
For same-day bookings made after 5:00 PM, we require an additional 90 minutes from your scheduled check-in time to fully prepare the home.
