Perfect Location - Beautiful View

This condo has everything to make for a memorable stay in Telluride. The convenient in-town location provides views that encompass Ingram Falls along with Ajax and Ballard mountains enjoyed through the front bay window.

Head out the back door and it's a short walk to the gondola. Out the front door head to Town Park or Main Street where shops, restaurants and entertainment are all in easy walking distance. Keep the car parked your entire stay!

The unit has a master bedroom with king size bed and private bath/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a second bathroom with tub/shower. The living area has a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and adjacent to the dining area. Washer/dryer is provided nearby on premises.

Make it a highlight of your year staying in this wonderful place. It's where you want to be!

Excellent location and property!

We had a great stay. Just a few minute walk to the gondola and easy access. Property owner was fantastic with excellent communication. We will definitely stay again!

A garage parking space is provided for vehicles up to a mid-size SUV. Larger vehicles or a second one can be registered by me to park in the surrounding neighborhood including available spots directly in front of the condo. Don

Fantastic location!

Great location, close to downtown shopping & restaurants & Gondola from town, excellent communication with owner, property is well equipped with most anything you would need. Property is nice but a bit dated, but price reflects that fact.

Great location in town and close to lifts.

Great location in town right off Main Street and a 3 minute walk to lifts. Owner was very helpful and had great communication. Property was well equipped with everything you would need.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

We had a wonderful stay in Telluride thanks to this great property. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and overall condition of this property.
