Welcome to Lillie's Oceanview Retreat, your perfect coastal getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers breathtaking ocean views and all the comforts of home, making it the ideal getaway for families or friends. Just steps from the amazing shops and restaurants of downtown Summerland, Summerland beach and Montecito, our unique location makes it perfectly accessible to all the top attractions! Relax, unwind and enjoy your stay!

Upon entry you'll receive a complimentary bottle of wine from one of our local vendor partners, along with a 2 for 1 wine tasting voucher at one of their tasting rooms. Additionally, if you and your group are interested in a workout on vacation, we offer FREE rides at CycleBar Santa Barbara, a premium indoor spin studio just 15 minutes from the home.

Available for guests anytime from 8am - 8pm daily.

*Please not the spiral staircase can be tight for pets and elderly folks.
*Please be aware that any and all cancellations incur a 2.9% processing fee. Thank you!
Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Pets are allowed, however if there are any damages to furniture or the home this may result in additional fees.

Great time in Summerland

Very convenient place to stay! Walkable to coffee, shops, restaurants, and beach. Plenty of room inside and out.

Excellent Mother’s Day get away!

This is a great property! We had an amazing time. We could walk to restaurants and to the ocean. Check out was the most simple I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you.

Beautiful Views with a Beach Vibe

We decided to stay after finding this property and all the amenities it had, and it lived up to all expectations. Especially the views over Summerland Beach and the comfortable decks. My husband and I were traveling with our teen daughter to look at some colleges in Santa Barbara/Goleta, and wanted some home comforts such as a kitchen (which had everything and more than I needed), laundry, and a spacious two-floor layout (essential when traveling with a teen). The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the parking was easy. We would stay here again, great place!

First time in Summerland

We stayed for an extended weekend and this fit our family of 6. The pictures accurately capture the place and it was one of the cleanest rentals that we have stayed in. Loved the ocean view. Beds were comfortable. The property manager was good about communicating and staying in touch. The main downside was that the parking was a bit tight for 2 vehicles and the kitchen could have been better stocked but that is not unusual.
